The guy at drive thru this evening 840pm was amazing and actually providing customer service by helping with an app issue. I get to the pickup window waited at least 5 to 7 mins with no acknowledgement. The girl came to the window and didn't greet me nor apologize for the long wait. Plus we receive undone fries. Please cook them longer.

this is my favorite McDonald’s ever. man the McDouble, fries, and sweet tea come out perfect every single time. tastes like mcds i had as a kid. I’ve never had an issue with the staff, they were always cool. The area isn’t the best so I wouldn’t recommend walking in unless you have to. I would go through the drive thru and the wait wasn’t ever long. this McDonald’s alone made living in mesa pleasurable. :)

The young Hispanic guy at the drive thru told me to pull around and wait 5 min for my food. 15 minutes passed…I walked inside. Tried to call for someone at the front, no one came. Tried two seperate times. Ended up going to the kitchen door- right where I came in. I knocked and he came to the door with someone else’s bag of food & I said I’ve been waiting a long time & several cars have left the drive thru. I tried asking at the front and now here. He raised his voice & said ma’am, calm down: I’m not the one making your food. You don’t need to talk to me that way. I’m not the one making it. I said I’ve been waiting and trying to get help. I walked out back to my car. Finally he brought my food & I was crying. He said sorry for the wait. I said I didn’t need to be talked to that way- and he said you talked to me like that first. And wouldn’t back down- I started rolling up my window & said I’d just let McDonald’s know. Never ever going back. Never have I ever been made to feel so small.

I ordered 4 orders of the buy one get one free sausage mcmuffin with egg. I only received 4 sandwiches. There should be 8. I was told that's all I ordered which implies that I only ordered 2 orders of the buy one get one free. I called and no one answered the phones after my driver spoke with management.

You have to give the employees credit for trying really hard to do a good job. I tried the self pay station. It took forever for the screen to read what I had selected. The lag time on this screen was awful. I finally got my order in. The machine instructed me to take a tent card, enter the card's number and told me that the order would be brought out to me. And so I waited and waited some more. No one came until an employee walked around calling out the contents of my order and asking who's it was. The tent card was obviously placed on my table. No effort was made to find the card number and then I was treated as if I was stupid for not coming up to the counter to collect my order when they called it out. They neither called out my tent card number nor brought my order to me as the self pay booth had instructed would happen. That was a sad dissapointment. Before I left, I over heard another customer asking about his order and was told it had been picked up by someone else. It had been stolen. From the way the employee talked , it sounded like this was not the first time it happened. So if you do visit this location, don't use the self pay, and after placing your order, stand near the counter, don't trust in customer service, guard your order.
