This has got to be the worst location I have been to. I come here frequently as it's the only thing close enough for my 30 min break. Every single time I'm here I have to park and wait (don't want to have bad ticket times) half the time they get my order wrong, and it's been the exact same every time. Either get people that can do their job or close this location and get somebody that can handle it.

The young girl taking the payments in the drive through at 9:41 am today you gotta do better. Very poor customer service and rude. From the beginning of taking our order to taking our payment let me add she even rolled her eyes with no response when my husband said thank you. I understand working in a fast food restaurant ain’t easy but if your going to have that kind of attitude your better of in the back not the front line of customer service. To the other young girl at the second window amazing thank you, you were wonderful.

Very clean nice employees food was amazing I was shocked the food was fresh fries hot an the shake machine was working 😀

I went to McDonald’s and ordered a breakfast platter with hotcakes and an orange juice. The meal comes with one hash brown, and I paid for an extra one. I received everything except the extra hash brown—instead, I got an empty hash brown sleeve with sporks and a napkin inside. Everyone wants to be paid more, but some can’t even handle the basic functions of the job. The receipt should be checked and the bag confirmed before it’s handed off. I understand you’ll refund me for the missing hash brown, but it’s not worth driving all the way back and wasting more gas than the hash brown costs. I know some people will say I should’ve just eaten at home, but that’s not the point. If I spend my hard-earned money, I expect competent service. Customer service feels dead these days, and I won’t be returning to any McDonald’s franchise locations.

This Golden arches felt upscale with a fun mid century modern vibe. It was spotlessly clean and felt sunny and welcoming. I was greeted upon walking in and received assistance with the kiosk when needed (they were so busy I felt bad taking their time but they were very nice about it and put me at ease. Despite a full restaurant, my food came out quickly, my meal was hot, and the order was accurate. Every single person I talked to was friendly, and I was acknowledged on the way out by an employee who held open the door for me. I'm coming back for a coffee and ice cream today, because this McDonald's team is first class! 🙌
