All right, everybody's eaten here but today was so good I had to post a review. It was a rare feat that everything was beyond delicious today. I should have taken more pictures of the fries because they were perfection, but I did get the best quarter pounder with cheese in frame, that I've ever had. Got to give credit where credit is due and even the drink was super bubbly, my medium diet coke. Even the way things were wrapped was amazing and I'm thankful I got to go to this location today.

Door dashed and was getting food here. Told them so at the speaker, made me wait just to tell me they were barely starting on the food. The girl told me to park on the side and when she delivered the food she ignored me when I said thanks. The bag didn’t have a receipt and added to the unnecessary neglectful service. It was at 4 am so it wasn’t full

I know it's McDonald's and the standards are low but sweet Lord this is genuinely the worst restaurant in the springs and its not the food the food is fine it's the freaking service!!! The staff are genuinely the worst and most disrespectful people I've ever met not only are they rude for a mistake that the app made and didn't give any help but I once went in and saw a crew member eating out of the food they where preparing!!! Genuinely everyone there should be fired and I don't mean that in a mean Karen way I've actually worked in fast food my whole life so I'm extremely compassionate to fast food workers but these people don't even try! Like I get it but I am always nice and understanding and yet they all act like jerks!

04/27/2026 at 6:30PM: Tried to order on the app but it said that Big Macs and Quarter Pounders were unavailable. So I went and ordered in the drive thru and these items were, indeed, available and the app was wrong. I also ordered a two cheeseburger meal and he rang me up individually for a cheeseburger, medium fries, and a medium drink. I said "did you get the two cheeseburger meal?" and he said "it's on there." I thought maybe I was missing important context. Turns out, no, it was not "on there," I wasn't missing any context, and he charged me $1 more for one cheeseburger and separate items to make a meal. Cool. Awesome. It was for a child. Maybe next time somebody asks politely about something they ordered being correct, you double check instead of being so confidently wrong. $60 for McDonald's for four people btw. Edit: I also ordered two sweet teas and they're BOTH completely unsweet.

What is up with the employees here? Both managers in drive through today. 1st window, the gal (female manager) gives price, takes money, gives change, closes window. 2nd window to pick up food. Guy (manager) opens window, gives me my drink, closes window. Few mins later, window opens, foods handed to me. Window closes. Neither one of these employees (managers) have customer service skills. Not a "hi how are you?" Or "Have a great day" etc. Not one peep except one giving me the amount to pay. I don't expect them to be like Starbucks or Dutch bros employees (who are excellent with customer service, sometimes too much haha) But, damn, have a little enthusiasm when working in a customer service job. Don't like your job, quit, and find something that doesn't involve customer service. I own a business, and know customer service is the most important aspect of business. Especially as a manager/leader. These employees made a trip to get food an unpleasant experience even though it's just McDonalds. I mean, bring back the energetic teens, and get rid of the bitter adults.
