I ordered a double and when it came out, it appeared really flat, so I opened it and this is the trash i paid for? The 2 pickles are paper thin and not even a full slice of onion, then I asked for a bit more toppings, and the manager tells me thays how it comes.. Well, this will be my LAST visit to ANY and ALL Mc Donald's... they totally not even interested in actual customer satisfaction... Just sad... Way to lose a customer!

The last 4 times I've ordered a daily double they make it incorrectly. They add ketchup and pickles when there arent supposed to be any. They forget the tomatoes. They have also handed out my order to someone else than it takes forever for then to recreate the meal.

Honestly, I never write reviews for fast food joints unless something bad happens. But I just have to say whenever I go here I run into the sweetest people ever. The woman who swiped my card just had a good energy about her and she was funny. The woman who handed me my order was one of the kindest people I met in a long time. She even went through the bag and made sure everything was there. I hope both of you win the lottery. I hope both of you either have or find good spouses. You are awesome, the food was awesome. This place is also really clean. And then they had the food deals which was really nice. I spent about $20 for two large meals and two hot and spicy mc chickens which ain't that bad these days. Im just passing through the city, but when you run into nice people, they are NICE.

If I could give a 0 star absolutely. Would this place is rude on professional? And I would completely avoid it, even if it was the last stop on earth they have no customer courtesy. They have no idea on how to be polite. The manager donna, an employee demetrius is absolutely so rude.They one thousand percent deserve to be fired, and I am calling corporate about now.Both experience I have had. I went through. Drive through about 1:30 in the morning. Because my family and I were traveling parked to check our food. It was made incorrectly noticed a other customer went into the lobby, and they went to the bathroom. So we decided to go into the bathroom and also let them know about our messed up food. All they did was give us attitude. Won manufanizer, let us in there, and then a male employee came into the female's bathroom saw my daughter, half naked because she was wearing a romper and threatened to call the cops on us for using the bathroom that late.When the manager let us in, this place is absolutely garbage due to their employees!!!!!

This review is particularly for the individual taking our order at 6 am on 2/16/2026. You are probably the rudest person I have ever interacted within a fast food situation. I’m sorry if you’re having a tough time (I am assuming due to your attitude!) But there was absolutely no reason for your demeanor towards my son. My apologies if him wanting to use the app’s code was a huge inconvenience for you, however you need to take a step back and look at how you treat people. Apparently ordering 3 items is too much work for you this early. Otherwise this location was easily accessible, it’s clean and the food was edible.
