UPDATE: I now highly recommend you stay away from this place. Please read other reviews concerning food safety here!!! I got an email supposedly from the owner. Just more proof to me that they don't care at all about their business. The email provided me with a simple link to the app to report my issue. Problem is they didn't give me a case number to continue to report the issue to McDonalds Corporation. I will be going elsewhere in Colorado Springs. Original Post: I ordered the 2hamburger meal. Burgers were awful like they had been sitting out for a long time. The meat was dry and the bottom bun was stale and broke apart. Photo 2 is the bun that broke out as I took a bit and spit it out. I couldn't eat them...both burgers had hard bottom buns that broke apart. Just nasty! Threw them away. Real bad meal again. Took 13 minutes to get my meal through the drive through. The weekend shifts, day and night shifts, are always slow and produce the worst food from this location. I recommend week days only. Or the McDonald's on GOG. Waste of money. Better burgers across the street. This is the only McDonald's I've ever been to that is slower than Burger King.

I have been to McDonald’s twice since the 5th of this month It is now the 8th And both times my order has been wrong! The first time I had the time to walk back in there and get the correct order this time I did not. I always get a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with a round egg still with folded. The first time I got folded egg, and only one slice of bacon, which was super tiny when I went back in to get Mr order corrected The lady in the back making his sandwich yelled (not in a small tone) at the guy in the front that was trying to correct my order…. The second time I now have a sausage egg and cheese bagel that is so messy that I can’t even grab it. It is not that hard to make an order correctly or take an order correctly. Pictures to show how messy the napkin picture is from me trying to wipe the bagel down so I can at least grab it to show you! Very unsatisfied customer!

i’m REALLY stuck on this steak & egg breakfast sandwich they put out ! it’s my go to - and the mocha frappe will always be the only type of “coffee” other than my mommas and my sisters i will drink !! there’s a newer person at the register when i go , he’s very friendly i just don’t like too much that he calls me “his lady friend” where im from it’s not the best term so i just try to ignore it

This goes beyond poor quality, it raises serious food safety and training concerns. There appears to be a complete breakdown in basic food handling standards, quality control, and employee oversight. Attached is a photo of the party in my daughter happy meal.

I want to recognize Joe at this McDonald’s for the incredible kindness and respect he shows every customer. He consistently greets everyone with a warm attitude, but what truly stands out is how he treats my client, who has special needs. Joe takes the time to get down to her eye level, speaks directly to her, and makes sure she feels comfortable and heard while ordering her meal. His patience, compassion, and genuine care make a huge difference in her experience and ours. It’s rare to see that level of thoughtfulness, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Joe, for going above and beyond and making people feel valued.
