Jade who was working Saturday night 05/30 was So Professional and Kind. She Took my order in a timely manner and was very courteous while doing so. My food was hot when I received it and she is just somebody you guys really should promote and give a raise. The attitude she give is just very exceptional JADE IS SOMEONE TO KEEP AROUND

I came by today at around 1:15 and ordered a fish filet meal and I expressed that I wanted my food just warm because last time it was cold he was super polite. I pulled up and they made sure I wanted it hot. Not only was the food piping hot but they added something extra. I wish I would’ve grabbed his name but go team!!

I ordered online thru the app, so you would think the wait wasn't significant. I was on line for pick up for OVER 25 min, with only 1 car in front of me!!!! My fries were hot but the burger was luke warm at best. SOOOOOO frustrating.

We went to this McDonald's on 9841 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225 and ordered 10 cheeburgers and 10 chicken patty sandwiches the so called "Manager" told another employee to make the single orders first because ours is a big order that "we can wait" the worst thing is I overheard what was said. I'm sure other customers heard it too.

Was in the area and decided to stop for breakfast with my 3 year old and 7 month old. Went inside to dine in … the wait was longer than normal. Over heard the manager being nasty with a customer. And to top it all off went into the WOMENS restroom to change my baby’s diaper and NO CHANGING TABLES ! McDonald’s DO BETTER !!!!
