I had an excellent experience at McDonald's. The management team and employees were incredibly professional, friendly, and fast. Even during a busy time, the staff stayed positive, kept everything moving efficiently, and made sure every customer was taken care of. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and hot, and the service was honestly some of the best I’ve had at any McDonald’s. You can tell the management really cares about customer service and runs a strong team. Everyone worked together smoothly and treated people with respect and kindness. It’s refreshing to see a location that consistently delivers quality, speed, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s locations around — highly recommended!

Horrific customer service, go anywhere else but here. Both of my orders were wrong and they refused to help in any way. Denied a refund, denied a remake. "We aren't bringing your remake out to curbside" when I explained I'm disabled and cannot come in to get it. Rudest experience at McDonald's I've ever had. I will never return. Absolutely amazing experience at McDonald’s! The management team runs this location incredibly well and it truly shows. The employees were friendly, professional, fast, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the customer service was top tier. It’s rare to find a team that works together this smoothly, and they definitely deserve recognition for their hard work and positive attitude. Easily one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. Five stars all the way!

The employees were nice but my food was not prepared correctly. It was just thrown together in one container. I ordered two scrambled eggs 3 sausages and pancakes. They packed all that in one container to cover up that I didn't have all my eggs.

I ordered a filet o fish, a large fries, a large caramel frappe and a double cheeseburger with no cheese, extra ketchup and mustard. No pickes or onions. I took a video of what I received and will be sending that to corporate but I DO NOT even think they will do anything. My filet I fish was cold. I had Nuke it in the microwave. Ok no big deal. 15 seconds. My fries, nothing could save them. They were probably 3 hours old, stale, and just junk! My caramel frappe? Nope… no I got a large sprite with no ice. Did I get a refund for the caramel frappe not being with my order? No. My burger was inedible! The two patties were burnt, and I mean they are over cooked the suckers. I could give them to my sons as a hockey puck, because that would have been the better investment than paying $20 bucks for trash!
