Only been a few times and almost always get my order wrong. The people that work there must have been the lost generation from "no child left behind" because it seems even the most basic task is beyond them to have even the slightest critical thinking. Gave me a receipt from a machine that obviously needed an ink replacement and gave me a different price at the window than from the speaker. I dont expect much from fast food most times considering its cheap, but at least get it done correctly. Not even worth my time to complain to staff for the right food because Im sure none of the staff would care or take any urgency.

I just left this location currently @12:14 am May 27 me and my family placed the order through drive-through and we asked for two separate orders when we proceeded to get to the drive-through to pay for both of the orders on the second order, she quoted us at a separate price so she said when we're at the drive-through so we said hey you know this is not the price that you took at the window she proceeds onto argue with us back-and-forth about us paying $17 for just a 10 piece meal. She then proceeded to charge us $13 which still wasn't the price she told us at the window which was $14 so when she gives us the receipt it's all blurry and I can't see the breakdown of you know what I was charged for so I asked the general manager Samantha for a receipt. She proceeds to say she can't give me a clear receipt to breakdown what I purchased so then I ask her. What can I have your name and you know I don't feel like you know it's fair that you're just telling me you can't give me a actual receipt of what I owe. You know it was charged for even breakdown to me or give me an explanation of what I was charged for that you guys are just giving me attitude and being rude .. if someone could greatly give me a call in regards to this situation and portly the staff are & the lack of understanding the management even is presenting to the customers .. I would greatly appreciate that thank you ... then Samantha proceeds on to not give me the receipt back

I come through here every so often, and I feel like the service has greatly improved in the last two years. The food is always delicious too!

It’s McDonald’s. It’s like all other McDonald’s, but this one is special because it takes 30 minutes to get your food everytime. I live close by and 90% of the time I will drive 10 minutes further to a different location because it will still be quicker. And it’s not because they are cooking it fresh, the food still comes out luke warm.

Had to edit my post!! Outstanding service!! Something happened over the past couple months. They are My favorite McDonald's, I highly recommend them.The service is outstanding very compassionate and caring.Young people working behind in the kitchen.In the front uh, counter a great job.Thank you Something I have to add!!! I worked at mcdonalds, my 1st job, and the smell in a mcdonalds is the same everywhere!!! I noticed it this morning picking up my meal!!! It is such a yummy smell!!!
