Ordered from the app. They like to use DoorDash. If you enjoy cold food like I seem to this is the place for you. There’s nothing that taste is good as french fries that might as well have come from the trashcan. Or a cheeseburger that you simply ordered without onions, that’s just as cold as french fries. I would be better off eating a bowl of cereal. Plus, I had the luxury of paying over $15 for the experience. Please keep all of this in mind if you choose this location.

They do the best they can woth what they have. Most of these reviews are for the one on Lane Ave. They dont even have a manager named Tyler at this one. Just cause its on Normandy doesnt mean it's this location. I love this location. On FOURAKER. Not Lane Ave and Normandy.

Months ago someone from here stole my card info and charged my card and nothing was ever done about it even though I called the police and today I got two teas, use applepay because I’m never handing them my card again and the idiot cashier charged me for someone else’s order. When I told the manager she yelled at me that I SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION! Me, the customer! Then initiated a refund that will take over a week to go back then had the audacity to charge me again for the teas. Called corporate and was told I had to wait for the owner to get back to me. They didn’t care last time and won’t now. I need my money, it’s Christmas and I have important medicine to pay for and can’t now and they couldn’t care less!

I had an issue with my food around a week before this visit. The lady who was taking care of my issue was amazing. I was treated with respect and she was very professional. She cleared up my issue and had me out the door in a very quick manner while doing her job at the cash register and taking care of others at the same time. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was an amazing employee!!

I ordered the new arch burger.I did not care for the crispy onions or the sauce.I tore it apart and ate it piece by piece. Next time, i'm going to order no onions and mac sauce instead.But I do love the three pieces of white cheese.
