The team members here provided a great fast food experience. It was about 8:30 pm. The place was not crowded. The restaurant area was very clean. The team members had on clean uniforms & performed their jobs in a very organized way. The food was awesome, and so was their customer service abilities. Thank you team members, I know you the job you have is very demanding at times. I appreciate your service.

The overnight crew were quick, kind and gave the right amount of customer service all the while busy working to maintain the cleanliness of the store. Two McChickens, well done fresh and cooked to perfection, thank you!

This Mcdonalds scared me so bad! They lied and said I was a cocaine user at their restaurant. I was actually a private investigator whose fuel pump went out and had to spend the night in the vehicle until a mechanic could get to the vehicle. I called Jacksonville Sheriffs Office and filed a police report about the manager not allowing me to use their restroom. The manager is keeping the resturaunt and area with lower income families and not wealthy. I purchased food daily but she couldnt see that i was spending more than their paycheck to eat there.

Went to drive thru, no one answered the speaker around 7:29 pm. 3 cars were in drive thru someone as the window. I also called the store and no answer. Thats beyond poor service. Went to Wendy’s across the street, was waited on with no issues. McDonald’s do better or just dont come to work.
