The bathrooms stay locked at all points of the day by a pathetic manager because this McDonald's is so lazy they only allow you in by permission. Imagin being an adult asking another adult if you can go potty this is absolutely unacceptable and I hope this McDonald's gets a change of staff and management

Went in this morning lobby and lot were clean , service is an issue here. Paid with cash and server tells me your short .03 cents , I asked how I gave you a $10 , she replied no I mean your change we are out of Pennies, so I asked ! So you’re gonna short me .03 instead of giving me a nickel and shorting you .02 and she responded yes it’s only .03 cents !!!! WOW I will never be back here McDonald’s is the absolute worst for overpriced , undersized food in the fast food chain !!!!

04/03/2026 11:30 AM went through drive-through ordered. They sent me to a parking spot and said it would be Food would be out fast. I noticed there was approximately three cars on the other side of me after 15 minutes later the other three cars got their meals. I looked in my rearview mirror and other people were getting their food and I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting. So I got out of my Vehicle went inside and told them what was going on. One of the workers said that he apologizes and he would take care of the problem. The manager was right there did not say a word not even an apology not a care in the world a young Spanish male, I asked him for my money back he gave it to me and I said you have anything to say in a low tone looking down he said he was sorry because I asked him to. I will get a hold of the corporation and do a formal complaint. I’m not expecting the world to stop but after 30 minutes and only have a 30 minute lunch break that is absolutely uncalled for.

FOOD POISON . This the second time they gave me a uncooked chicken sandwich . And it will be reported to the health department. I still got half of the chicken sandwich and I am gonna show it to the health department. Soon as I took 4 bites of it I had diarrhea that lasted for 4 days now . They need to be shut down . Or hire better people who pay attention to the food . I have my doctors note as well and they informed me it was from food poisoning and McDonald’s was the only thing I ate that morning . Stop eating at this location until they fire them unprofessional cooks who not paying attention to if the food is done or not .
