This is one of the slowest locations I have to pick up for and I have had my own online orders take forever. One of them was the last time I will order for pick up we had to sit in the drive through because of the hour and not quite sure why my friend ordered shakes we all know it's been down since 2002 after 5pm we pull up she goes I don't have those shakes don't cash out the online order and asked us what my order was yep those shakes she told me to pull through the line again because a car was behind me another 8mins for her to say what fountain drinks did we want to substitute for we could have told you that 8mins ago acting like you had to wait in that line for some BS you on the clock costing me money

They made all 6 of my burgers wrong and had to redo them but the new ones were right and tasted great. So i did still give them 5 stars across the board because other than that it was good. And the manager took care of it promptly. Thank you! Ill still go there again anyways.

Katasya The remarkable young lady that’s at the register early in the morning. She is magnificent. I ordered a big meal for my Shop. She got yelled at by management because she rang me up for a small Frappe, she gave me a medium one. I was willing to pay the difference, but she showed more customer service capability than the own manager. They need to promote her. She is A rare and unique female Specimen and McDonald’s should be honored to have her. I’ve been coming here since this McDonald opened up.

One of the worst sides of town and one of the best McDonald's. Awesome service. Food is always good and right. Service is always kind and sweet. I will drive all the way from my side of town to this side just for a great McDonald's.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s. Period. Ever. Period. I have tried for 3 years to get a milkshake. Lol. They never have them. NEVER, EVER. The food is always half-ass. One time the cheese on my cheeseburger was literally still cold. Today for example I was placing an order for breakfast at 4am and by 4:01am they were already not delivering. How many breakfast orders do you think they deal with at 4am?? Not freaking many. But now even less lol. The worst. Food. Service. Everything. And they don’t care one little bit. Avoid at all costs. Go to Wilson blvd or go hungry. I promise you those are your best options. I would say the problem is the workers but after living here for over 3 years it is clearly management. It will not be fixed. Please make another choice.
