It has to be illegal and goes against child labor laws to have a kid sweeping the floor because the employee can’t afford a baby sitter. This is wrong. I will report this to the city today. Also, Moee is very rude and always looks unhappy everytime I see her. I came in today and said excuse me and she just mean mugged me for about 5 seconds before she even responded to me. She is always like this. Is this the standard you want for your general manager?

Sherrie on drive- thru is so amazing at Customer Service. She truly makes a customer feel cared about. She’s good at her job. She’s fast efficient. What a wonderful asset to your company and what a great gift to your customers to get The SHERRIE experience!!!!

So slow waited over 10 mins for cold food they couldn’t even try to fix it they was so slow took forever just to hand me a drink she forgot!!! WORST customer service

I just got off a 16hr shift. I asked the employee at the counter to please have the cooks make my order—one burger and a 4 piece nugget—cooked to order (fresh), I don’t mind waiting longer, bc I don’t want older made food. They said they would. My order came out in less than ten minutes and not only was none of my food made fresh, my burger was missing the extra patty I PAID for and the CHEESE. Don’t tell customers you’ll do something and not do it and then mess up their order entirely. I paid for extra stuff and received even less than the bare minimum. Ridiculous.

I placed a nearly $30 order through the McDonald’s app, and what I experienced at this location was unbelievable. When I arrived at the window, the manager, Jonquell, informed me their ice cream/frappe machine was down and they couldn’t make my $4.59 frappe. She offered a soft drink instead but refused to adjust the price difference. I declined and simply asked for a refund for the item they couldn’t provide. Despite being the manager, she told me she was unable to issue a refund because the order was placed through the app — even though the app clearly states that refunds for in-store pickup orders must be handled at the restaurant. When I calmly pointed this out, she became argumentative, rude, and completely unprofessional. It got so bad that after I said I would wait at the store and call the mobile app support number to verify the policy, she sent an employee outside who behaved in a way that felt intimidating and unnecessary. I have never experienced such hostility at a fast-food restaurant. This location desperately needs training in customer service, communication, and basic professionalism. I will not be returning, and I hope McDonald’s corporate takes a serious look at how this store is being managed
