Got a Double Cheeseburger and they were either careless or malicious. Had a piece of paper or sticker in my cheese on the sandwich... Absolutely disgusting and when I attempted to call they do not Answer Absolutely they worst McDonald's in the Tampa Bay Area

Hours say “24/7” but if you pull up overnight in the early morning hours (it’s happened numerous times but I’m sick of them😂 it’s 4:22am now) the lights will be on BUT no one will be home AKA the employees refuse to answer the speaker & hide behind the counter like they don’t have CLEAR windows when you pull around to see them. Anyway, I hope management is happy they’re paying employees to work for free AND not making any profit 🙂🙃

I would like to express my immense gratitude for Gregory's service, which was SPECTACULAR. I have never received such excellent service here in the US or in Brazil. I want to congratulate him on his professionalism and attention to my family; he deserves a perfect score!

Ever since the remodel, this location got a thousand times worse, there's a couple really good employees, but otherwise it is a nightmare trying to go to this location. There's the up and down times i've been giving completely incorrect orders. To sitting in curbside for 25+ mins When they're not even busy, or getting parked when waiting on a small order. And watching car and car get theirs food and pulls off. They genuinely don't even know how to give you.The drink that comes with the order. Its obnoxious, but unfortunately our neighborhood location 😕

This was the best experience in a McDonald’s I’ve ever had, hands down. I don’t typically go to McDonald’s but I was trynna smash a 10 piece nuggy. The only place to order food is on kiosks, which threw me off. But other than that, the food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The food was brought to the table and then at the end we were asked if we wanted refills etc. Can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star review for McDonald’s, but here we are.
