Ordered a well done burger and it was RAW!!! Called and someone hung up when once saying," why did you answer the phone anyway?". Will NOT be back idc what time of the day or night it is.

idk how to spell her name but the manager talisa or talysa, whoever is working the night of march 4th, needs some sort of corrective action. we're ending our out-of-town event in the area and stopping to get food, and we pull up to the speaker and start ordering and the first thing she says is "oh my god" in a really pissed off tone. she rushed us through our whole order and it wasnt even her who rectified the experience. zachary harper was wonderful. he listened to our commentary, validated us and did not rush us through what we wanted to say about our ordering experience. he was an absolute sweetheart who checked our order not twice, but three times to make sure it was correct. zachary was the only saving point of the entire experience, and as someone who has to drive another 4 hours home after eating, talysa's attitude just makes that more difficult to deal with at midnight. however zacharys understanding of customer service made it easier to move past. thank you zachary.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it multiple chances and the food is never done right. Tonight was the last straw. Extremely undercooked fries and the sprite was just soda water. The people working here are terrible. Management is terrible. They need to be looked at by code inspection with a fine tooth comb

Terrific. But I don't like the way all McDonald's are turning into black boxes out of some Netflix series. Sheesh. Call me old school but and this applies to all McDonald's they freaking cater to you like it's the Cirque or some other fancy LA fives to our restaurant. Just get the hell out of my hair let me order my food and sit for a while, word.

Went to the Drive thru. I was told To go park and wait . So we did and we waited and waited. They brought my food to the car. We had ordered 1 happy meal, 2 Fish Fila, 2 hamburgers to take to the beach⛱️ Should have checked the bag, but I really thought with them bringing it to my car it all would be in the 🎒. WRONG... Got to the beach and the 2 hamburgers were missing😥 But at least the grandson and hubby got to eat.
