TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! I had a Mobil order of just ice creams . I KINDLY asked the cashier if she can place the cones in a cup I was not done talking to her , she RUDELY closed the window as I was still talking to her . She started talking to the manager . THE MANGER was very rude as well . I also asked for chocolate drizzle but since she wanted to close the window she had to do double the work manager says No to me having drizzle unless I pay for it . NEVER had to pay for that before though , goofy workers yall got working at this location ! Every single time I come here I either get the wrong stuff or missing items. Yall gotta do better smh

I came in yesterday morning & a manager named bri verbally abusing her workers as what I saw a girl with a butterfly clip was going to the bathroom and took the buzzer off the wall and as I stood in line waiting for my food I overheard her call her employee dirty and the girl with the butterfly clip came back and stated the bathroom was flooding and the manager was still calling her dirty for taking the buzzer to the bathroom the young lady held her composure & the young lady with the butterfly clip was just trying to tell her it was a emergency flood but she kept calling her names I did not like hearing that , because I come here a lot and she’s the sweetest & nicest and most patience employee I ever came across at this McDonald if you ask me the girl with the butterfly clip needs to be a manager or something she goes beyond & excellent with customer service on the manager end that was very unprofessional when ur supposed to be. A manager McDonald please do better by your employees

People need patience. Its fast food but a line longer then Disney. The picture shows they don't have time to not make it fresh. They are hard working give them the credit they deserve 👏. People want to complain but still come back and eat here because the food is always good. Give credit where credit is due. ✌️

Order taker was rude and impatient. Charged me for drinks that came with the meal. Then told me it was “easier” to ring it in that way and had to leave it. Then I don’t even get acknowledged at the window while they leave the window open waiting for my food. They throw the bags at me, I could already tell I needed to check my items. They made our burgers wrong, I was asked to pull forward. A manager brought me the “remade” items that’s was a less fresh burger than I first had and it was still made wrong. Fries are also always old, cold and no salt.

Just Left There Not 5 Minutes Ago. Service Today On Halloween Sucks . Barely No Fries & Barely Working Front Counter. No Hey How Can I Help You Or Have A Good Day… Do Better ASAP
