Staff is incredibly rude. If you order the fries fresh, they stick the already made ones in the fryer and they just taste like grease. If tried going multiple times and this happens repeatedly even if I ask them to not refry them. Once, the manager got angry at me and treated me incredibly poor because I turned away soggy half filled fries. Horrible. You’re better going 2 miles ahead. That one is great & the staff is kind. That said, stay away from this McDonald’s.

The managers at this location should be fired. I placed a mobile order on the app. Went to pick it up and I sat at the order window for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the speaker. Several cars went through the other side with the same experience and left. I stayed as I already had paid on the app. After waiting, I drove up to the window. Several employees saw me including two managers and still no one came to the window to acknowledge me. They just looked at me and walked away. I waited a total of 25 minutes and ended up leaving. Contacting corporate is also useless with McDonald’s as all they do is refer you to the restaurant. What a joke

The service was awesome. But how come that every time that im picking up my order, never has a straw, napkins, and ketchup!! 💁‍♀️💁‍♀️💁‍♀️ Also where's the Mcsauce for my bigmac??🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Incomplete order, you pay but they don't delivery order as you ask by Drive thru. Pay for Bacon QPC. No Bacon, special order paper but no Bacon. No ketchup, not enough napkins for two orders.

I just attempted to go to this McDonald's. It was 4:40 in the morning. I work overnights and decided I want it something other than the local Wawas. So I decide to go to McDonald's it's 24 hours and I don't go very often. I went to the drive-thru sat in the speaker for 2 minutes and got no response went up to the windows still no response. Three cars in the parking lot and I did see at least one employee on the inside. They saw me and they went back to doing whatever they were doing. I figured hey maybe the drive-through is down so I went through the second drive-thru just to be safe. This is after the manager saw me (I think they were a manager they had a red shirt) still no response. No communication that their system was down. No acknowledgment that they'll be right with me. Just complete radio silence. Once again I decide to go to McDonald's only for them to show me once again why they should never get my money ever again. I will not be making that mistake again. Your employees can't do the damn job and you don't pay them enough to care to do the job. Thanks for wasting the little bit of time I had to try to grab something to eat before I pulled extra hours.
