I recently stopped by and ordered a Big Mac, large fries, and an Oreo McFlurry, and overall it was a solid experience. The Big Mac was warm and well-assembled with a good balance of sauce and toppings, though one patty felt slightly thinner than usual. The fries were fresh and nicely salted, but a few at the bottom were a little soft. The Oreo McFlurry was thick, creamy, and generously mixed with cookie pieces, which definitely saved the day. The location itself is spacious and modern, but it gets pretty busy and loud, especially during peak hours, so it is not the most relaxing spot to dine in. Service was fast and my order was accurate, although the interaction felt a bit rushed. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5. It is a dependable downtown stop for classic McDonald’s favorites, with just minor inconsistencies that keep it from being perfect.

I went in on valentines for a quick meal before going home and one of my "burgers" wasnt even a burger it was two pieces of bread a slice of cheese and a some condiments. Just because a business is busy doesnt mean I should expect my quality of food to be worse off. Horrible way to end my night thanks McDonald's.

The service at this location was relatively fast, and the staff members were polite when taking my order. The restaurant itself looked clean, and the fries were fresh and hot. However, my experience was ruined when I found a strand of hair inside my food. It’s really disappointing because everything else was fine, but finding hair in your meal is a major appetite killer and a clear lapse in food safety. I hope the kitchen staff starts paying closer attention to hairnets and hygiene standards, as I'd like to give this place another chance.

Nice modern ambiance. Fast service. Clean restaurant. No trays were provided for a nicer experience though.

Yeah, don't eat here. The food is 25% more expensive than any of the other McDonald's within walking distance. And if you take 31 minutes to eat, they charge you $12 for parking. It was at least kind of cool back when it was the Rock and Roll McDonald's. Now it's just contemporary plastic like the food. Portillo's is right across the street. If you're going to spend 12 bucks on a burger and fries, eat there.
