Usually there's no issues but today we had horrible customer service. We ordered breakfast and 1020am and live 2 minutes away. They took the money, places the order, we marked we were there and because there were cars in front of us, we got to the window at 1032 and they said they can't give us our order because we got there too late. We were there well before the cutoff and it should have been made. This makes no sense to tell someone they can't have their order because they pulled up 2 minutes past the time. We ordered before and why wasn't it made??

In order to share a review I had to rate it. I would give this restaurant a zero. Specifically for the nightshift person in charge, Patricia. Not only was my order wrong, Patricia and her staff conversing in Spanish and looking at me, guess they didn’t realize I speak and understand Spanish. Very unprofessional customer service. Be cautious, I touched every single burger to check if they were all wrong, she said she had to throw them away. There were several garbage bins she passed up and I did not see her throw them out. Again be cautious, I did not see her throw those burgers out. They may have been re-bagged?? Never again will go to this location. It’s unfortunate because the few that actually did their job will be missed. I’m grateful for their politeness and friendly service.

I drive a mile out of the way to go to this location because the workers and kind and competant and it's always done right.

If you’d like to be booted while you enjoy your meal, this is the place to go! $170 with an email only appeal process. I would give 0 stars if I can!

Had a mad craving for a McChicken after my buddy pulled up to the climbing gym with one. I hit the drive through where the service was courteous and quick and the food hit the spot. That's all you could ever ask for. The McChicken/McDouble meal deal is one of the last really good values in fast food.
