This was my third order of the day at this McDonald’s (111 W Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60604). I had been waiting for 20 minutes, and my order was deliberately delayed, even though it was placed on the pick-up shelf. It felt like the staff were intentionally ignoring me, and I had to go to the front of the line and block the pick-up counter to finally receive my food; otherwise, I might have waited another half hour. As an Asian customer, I felt I was being treated unfairly and discriminated against. The management can check the surveillance footage to see what happened. This experience was extremely upsetting, and I hope the store addresses its service and fairness.

Fast and delicious. Every morning this location tends to be extremely busy and the entire staff work very hard to meet the high demand of clientele volume. They communicate loud so every one can hear and they always have my order correct, which is something I tend to never take for granted. Can't say anything but nice things about this location, which says a lot because there are several McDonald's in the area and this is for sure my go to, no matter what.

This is the best McDonald's( Downtown) 111 W. Jackson, very fast service, clean, and nice workers

Excellent customer service in the morning. They are quick and efficient with the orders. The food was hot and fresh. The dining area was very well kept and had plenty of seats available. The McDonalds corporation missed the mark by not collaborating with Nicki Minaj with a meal catered to The Queen! Maybe next time.

I haven’t been to any McDonald’s where they don’t have free refills if you’re dining in. I guess with all the traffic that comes through it’s hard to manage who actually paid for a drink.
