I don’t have a problem with the restaurant itself; always had our orders processed correctly and the location is very clean compared to other McDonald’s. I am taking off stars because this business is not shoveling/salting its Wolfram St sidewalk and my family has slipped several times this winter. Please take care of your neighbors!

Last week, I left a case containing several sets of headphones, including a really valuable cordless pair. There were at least 3-4 places around town that I might have left the case, and I’d stopped at several of them already today, with no luck. I was highly doubtful — even if this was the place I’d left it — that the staff would have the efficiency and customer service mindset to have a dedicated Lost and Found or to spend the time looking for it on behalf of a random stranger like me. However, Nicolas at the cash register was friendly and professional and promptly went to the back to check for it, and came back with the case — all headphones included — in less than a minute! What a champ 🌟 Thanks, Nicolas! May that selfless, customer-oriented attitude serve you well all your life.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for six years now, and it’s honestly one of the best around. The staff is always friendly and actually seems like they enjoy being there. The ladies who work here especially are awesome — always welcoming, patient, and on top of everything. The food is consistently fresh and hot, and the service is quick every time. To the employees: you may not realize it, but you really do make a difference. When I come home late from work and can count on getting something fast and affordable that’s still hot and not soggy, it genuinely means a lot. That kind of consistency and care doesn’t go unnoticed.

Great place for kids. Soft plush carpet and foam underneath and the kids play with just their socks here (shoes must be off and placed in a cubby) so it’s nice like home. It’s clean and the musical instruments make music when they are sat on or pushed or tapped. The life sized instruments are plush and lined w cushion. Nice theme for a McDonalds. Happy meals $4.99 come w a mini croc replica and stickers. Happy meals comes w the toy, a drink (milk, juice, or water), 1 kid fry and choice of double kids fry or apples, and 6 pieces of chicken nuggets or a hamburger. You can make substitutions for up charges. The store is clean and lots of free parking.

I have lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and have gone to this mcdonals often. This location has never had good fries. They are either undercooked or under salted. I am going to make a note to corporate every time I come here and the fries suck. I ordered fries tonight and they are way undercooked and pale. Please figure this out. Its infuriating. Everything else about this place is great. The people are always wonderful and they get your order correct every time. They just need to learn how to get the fries right.
