This location is now charging for refills on drinks. They refuse to honor requests for light ice. Blatant cash grab and it’s beyond disgusting to see them do this with soda which is already a ridiculously high margin item. When the cup is over halfway full of ice, that’s not “light ice.” Stop scamming your customers because you’re greedy.

Lotta cracktivity in the area. Don’t leave valuables visible in your car. Carry chicken nuggets for protection like I do and you’ll be fine.

Hello, I would like to leave a great review about the amazing staff who were working today. I can’t say exactly who they were since I didn’t see their name badges, but they were wonderful people who provided excellent service and were very kind to me. I give them 5 out of 5. This is the best McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Thank you.

Had the most delicious double cheeseburger in years and didn’t get sick HOWEVER, systems were down multiple times when I tried to return for food, and was literally locked out in the cold - while other people were being let in / because it was cash only. What? Photo attaxged of the woman that did this on a freezing cold day. Weird drugs have been seen being smoked in the back on various occasions. It’s not a safe place if you are traveling. Go to Stan’s down the block / just north.

This is a busy neighborhood spot, but the current loitering situation is making it hard to support the business. It often feels like the dining room isn't being managed, leading to an atmosphere that feels unpredictable and tense. I’d appreciate seeing a more proactive approach to security or floor management so that the space remains welcoming for everyone
