I wish the one on MLK was open 24/7 instead. The overnight crew is such a hit or miss. 2 days ago it was fine, today they were sitting in the lobby chatting while we sat in the drive thru for 10 min. Never got my order but whatever I guess

After having waited twenty five minutes to pay as I receive my food ( I used the kiosk to "save time".....everyone, including management was just taking forever and joking around. There were only 2 cars in the drive through.), I decided it was best to just leave. However.....my boss called me and said he would meet me there for the meeting, and that he was running late. I told him HE WAS ORDERING AND PAYING FOR THE BOTH OF US. As I sat back down, one of the assistant managers came and told me I couldn't just sit and stay there unless I ordered. I told him what had happened, and he was a little mad at the staff for treating me as such. He ordered everything that I had asked for......which was not a lot of food.

At 6:00, I was blocked from entering due to a work shift change. The manager even refused to let me wait inside. What does it mean to claim your business is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but still leave customers waiting outside. It’s 6:20, I still stand and wait from outside. I

Terrible experience at this location. The drive-thru staff was very rude and rushed, repeatedly saying “anything else?” in an impatient tone. At the payment window, there was no greeting, just more unfriendly service. When I got my food, the employee almost dropped it and didn’t apologize. Then they shut the window while I was still asking for salt and pepper. I try to support businesses in my neighborhood, but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Definitely needs improvement. The one star is because I had to put one to leave a review . 0 stars is the true rating for this location. Go to 22nd king drive McDonald’s instead at least they are pleasant.

Awful. That's the best I can describe the experience. Extremely rude and aggressive staff. Three happy meals for over $22. I asked why the price was so high, and the answer I got was "I don't know." So I left and went to another McDonald's.I got the same order for 13 dollars unbelievable so they charge whatever they like and get rude when you try and tell the the price isn't correct. Also some of the staff was intoxicated. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
