Stooped in because my girlfriend had a Dr's appointment and I needed a place for my son to play. It wasn't very clean but the staff was very friendly and courteous and even gave my son a balloon it definitely made his day. The play place wasn't the best but it made the 1 hour we had to wait go by very fast. I just want to say how nice the staff was and even went out of their way to make sure we were takin care of.

Every single time I go to this location, they mess up my order. I just ask for the simplest thing ever - no cheese on my burgers, and they still put cheese. It’s happened like 10 times, I’m not even kidding. I shouldn’t have to but I’d stop to check if it wasn’t always packed with cars because they’re so slow. They take forever and keep forgetting to give me my full order, there’s always something missing. One time there was only one person working because of some conflict, and the manager was just sitting in her car, which makes no sense at all.

Specifically asked for my food fresh. They stated they had me. I sat in line long enough for them to make the food fresh. And it was not fresh. Fries were hard and food was not hot. I’m actually tired of spending my money on food that’s not worth it. Gone start food prepping.

Ordered my food at/ around 1:57a, paid at/around 2:11am, received it at 2:45a… almost a whole hour in the damn drive thru…not to mention i was the first car up and about 7-8 cars behind me received their food through the first drive up window. When i asked the worker what’s taking so long they tried to compensate by offering me the same drink i had just ordered. Then they didn’t even know what i had ordered so had me wait longer. The car behind me was told to reverse back to the first window so they can get their food and i was stuck waiting for 5 more mins in order to get mine. Horrible experience.

Staff was awesome to my child, and they loved the smoothie and fries. This was their first Happy Meal, and they loved it and the apple slices and toy. The biggest draw is the kids indoor playpen! not many of these around, and this is a great way to get the kid out of the house for a bit during the winter. Weird there wasn't a changing table in the men's room. If you have kids, highly recommend this!
