I have visited this McDonald’s location several times over the past couple of months, usually stopping in to order a drink and redeem my rewards points for a burger. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly run into the same issue here that I do not experience at other locations. On more than one occasion, my drink payment is processed without any problem, but when I try to redeem my points, I am told that the reward has already been used. This has now happened twice, and I ended up losing points without receiving the item I earned. Since I do not encounter this problem at other McDonald’s restaurants, it seems to be specific to how this location is handling rewards. Most recently, this happened again in the evening when the drive-through was not busy. I was hoping for help or at least a clear explanation, but the interaction felt dismissive. The staff appeared uninterested in resolving the issue, and the manager briefly checked the system, stated that the points had not been taken, and ended the conversation without offering further assistance or clarification. I am sharing this feedback because I believe the rewards process and customer service at this location could benefit from closer attention. Losing points and feeling brushed off makes for a frustrating experience, and I hope management can review how these situations are handled so future customers receive clearer support.

BEWARE. If you park here, do not leave your car. There’s a Hispanic man named Manual sitting in the light blue Honda looking out for those not going into McDonald’s. He will booted you immediately less than 5 minutes! I went to get subs at jersey mikes then ice cream at McDonald’s. McDonald’s cant do nothing because they are not affiliated with the parking lot. The booted guy said I should not go anywhere. Dont go here if you don’t have to!

I stop by this McDonald’s to grab a quick meal with my girlfriend and walk her to the nearby office since it’s literally right next door on the same block. I thought I could walk her to the front and come right back, but I was wrong. It seems like this McDonald’s allows a very predatory parking enforcement setup, which they are likely aware of. After dropping off my girlfriend at the office and turning right back, I saw a guy immediately boot my car and say, “I saw you leave.” I wasn’t even gone for a minute. Just like another person who posted a photo of him, it was the same individual. They charge $170 to remove the boot, and what’s ridiculous is that one person puts the boot on while a different person comes to remove it. Based on my experience, the whole situation feels like a scam, specifically a two‑person predatory parking operation. On top of that, the phone number provided doesn’t even work, it just keeps ringing. Overall, this parking situation feels very intentional and predatory. Was the McDonald’s food good, yes. I think this parking thing left a really sour taste in my mouth which is why it’s a one star. I mean considering the office was right next door, it wasn’t even a minute and I got booted? Very predatory EDIT: For those of you who got the ticket, I’d double check the time the wrote down as well. Mr. Manuel Nevarez wrote down I arrived at 11:37, which is false. I was back in the lot within a 1/2 mins. I have evidence via call log and text message. It is predatory parking that’s happening in this McDonald’s. SECOND EDIT: On 2/17/ 26 After stopping here to pick up an order. There are now signs posted, but they’re only at one entrance. If you enter from the right side, it’s very easy to miss them because there isn’t a sign on the left side where the drive thru is. In my opinion, if parking rules are going to be enforced this aggressively, the signs should be clearly posted at every entrance so people actually see them. As it stands, the setup feels unfriendly to customers and could be handled in a much more transparent way.

I parked my car for less than 5 min to pick up my kid and they booted me for $170 and then scammed me for an additional $30!!! The boot was fake! If you have a WRENCH, you can take it off as fast as they did in 3 seconds!

What a perfect microcosm of the society we find ourselves living in. One of the biggest corporations in the world needs more money by way of predatory parking enforcement. The common man finishes a long shift and comes to McDonalds to eat something before heading to his second job. When he’s walking back to his car, his pocket vibrates. It’s his best friend calling. They haven’t talked in months. He answers and they talk for a total of 4.5 minutes before he has to go to work. He steps off the sidewalk finds a man who is clearly not a cop putting a boot on his car. This fake fed role-plays being important and powerful as he gives the common man a $170 ticket, completely wiping away his day of work.
