It’s McDonalds…….. Fish filet sandwich could not be better. It’s a little more comfortable than most of the newer buildings. Pricing average and a good value. No on site parking. It’s a good MCD.

Came here 06/15/2026 @ around 10:50. I made a mobile order, but when I got there I was having some issues with the app. I waited a bit, but didn't see anything come up. I asked the woman handing out the pickup orders if she saw anything under my name. She asked to see the order on the phone, which is when I expressed I was having some issues and if I could have some help. As I explain, she put her hand in my face, waved me off and said "I'm busy, I can't help you." Then proceeded to ignore me for the next 10 minutes. The only acknowledgement being her making eye contact then turning away to stare at the screen. Insanity.

I come to this location 3-5x week between 5-6am to grab coffee. I must say, the manager at this location goes above and beyond on customer service. She is extremely nice, and I hope this compliment/review gets recognized by corporate. I have never seen this type of customer service from any McDonalds employee ever before besides this employee. I wish I knew her name. Thank you for making my morning bright each day.

I stopped by here a little after 10:20am on a Sunday morning to grab breakfast with my son before a day of activities. I placed order via mobile app for table service at 10:26am. I got the big breakfast with hotcakes and my son for the chicken biscuit combo. Food arrived at 10:31am. It was fresh and tasty. While eating, I noticed a Krispy Kreme cart before realizing they receive donuts fresh daily that they sell. That is pretty cool and convenient. It was a rainy day and I saw staff moping the floors and having necessary wet floor signs. I also witnessed the restrooms being cleaned. No complaints at all.

Yesterday (around 5pm), I went into this McDonald’s near the Chicago & State Red Line stop to wait for my sister, who works nearby. I was sitting quietly for literally under a minute before a security guard aggressively approached me and asked if I was buying anything. I explained I was waiting for someone who was only five minutes away and did not want to wait in the cold. He told me I had to leave unless I bought something — and even if I did, he said I’d only get 30 minutes before being kicked out anyway. He kept repeating himself, talking to me with an attitude, and tried to escort me out even after I asked for just a moment. I’ve never experienced such rude and unnecessary behavior, especially for simply sitting down and minding my business. It felt disrespectful, targeted, and completely unprofessional. This location lost a customer. I could’ve easily bought something, but after that treatment? Absolutely not. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated that way.
