Location is labeled “24 hours” and has lobby open after 12am. Walked in and all kiosks and registers are off with no one helping service customers. Continued to use the app and the only option available is “drive thru”, was finally able to get an employee’s attention, which was extremely rude and unprofessional, and he refused to give orders through the app. My question is why have lobby available on Google Maps and labeled 24 hours in area where you’re gonna have customers walk in and refuse to service those customers? Don’t recommend and encourage others not to even think about stopping here.

I ordered through the app at 3:40 am this morning. I pulled up a few minutes later and was told by the employee they couldn’t access my order bc they were switching over to breakfast. On the app it says breakfast begins at 4 am. As I was trying to understand why they weren’t taking orders the employee became very upset and hostile, getting worked up for no reason. I told him you are supposed to honor orders made before breakfast. He refused and told me I couldn’t get a refund. I used points in the app to get a frappe. As I pulled away I noticed the lobby was full of ppl eating. Was very disappointed. Never did I think I’d see the day where McDonald’s turns away your money.

McDonald's put in kiosks so people don't have to take orders. I don't mind that. I would expect that with the use of a kiosk, that allows employees to do other things. The place is always dirty, no one cleans the tables, the floors, the bathrooms. The trash isn't empty, so customers just pile more on top. You would think that with the integration of kiosks, that would leave more time for cleaning and other tasks. That doesn't seem to be the case. The kiosks also ask you to take a number. But, they just call out your number and don't bring the food to your table. What's the point?

I literally gave then a 4 star review yesterday because my coffee was perfectly made. 24 hours later my coffee is wrong and the customer service is terrible. I've included pics of my previous order and the previous review. When I pay for extra caramel I expect to see extra caramel. It's been pretty consistent across locations. Yesterday was my 1st time getting it from this location and they did it correctly. Today, WRONG! I paid for 2 shots of espresso. There's no espresso in my coffee. You can immediately taste espresso and all I tasted was sweet coffee. I also paid for 3 caramel drizzle. There was no caramel on the side of my cup like it usually is. There was a small amount on the bottom. I asked the lady at the window where is the caramel. She pointed to the small amount at the bottom of the cup. I was in a rush so I did not have time to argue or dispute what EXTEA CARAMEL meant. If wish I'd tasted it before I pulled off because I would have most definitely argued and disputed that there was no espresso! Hey, McDonald's...how about some consistency across the board. Great customer service aand accuracy should be guaranteed.

Came here after a show and the lobby was packed which is understandable. After ordering on the kiosk we ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for our order. Multiple people left because their orders were taking so long. I understand things take time especially with an influx of customers but nearly everyone’s order was delayed even if as simple as a small fry. I didn’t receive my ranch which is truly heartbreaking
