I ordered inside and ended up waiting with a couple other people for over 40 minutes for my breakfast food. When I received it, my coffee iced coffee was half melted, the hash brown was cold and soggy, the sausage egg McMuffin was fresh. There were at least 10 people waiting for their food when I walked in at 10:15 AM. I ordered my food at 10:20 AM and didn’t receive my food until 10:51pm. I asked to speak to the manager, and I was told one second as the lady turned around and started doing something else . I spoke to the“manager”, a different lady who said she was the manager. I told her it was ridiculous to wait this long for food and I would like my money back. So she went to go talk to someone else the first.”manager” I spoke with who pretended not to be the manager. At this time, I have recorded a video and took pictures of the whole congested scene and lack of management. I asked the manager for my money back and I wanted to keep my food, she went to go talk to someone and never came back. I had a doctors appointment and I had stopped into this restaurant yesterday for something to drink and stood in line for 15 minutes then eventually walked out because their service was so slow. I tried to order on the do it yourself screen and their printer was out of paper so I couldn’t give her my order ticket. Overall, their service is horrible. The management is laughable and needs to be fixed. Myself and others shouldn’t have to wait 40+ minutes for a sausage McMuffin with egg and a medium iced coffee. I also should’ve been compensated for my time.

Unfortunately, my visit here was pretty disappointing 😕 The customer service was not very helpful, and my order came out wrong in several ways. The fries were cold and tasted stale instead of fresh and hot 🍟❄️ My Happy Meal was also missing the drink, which was frustrating. I asked for two specific sauces, got completely different ones, and was still charged for the sauces I originally requested 💸 I honestly don’t mind paying extra when I receive what I ordered, but that wasn’t the case this time. I’m usually very patient and understanding, but overall the experience and service were not good at all 👎

I just left McDonald's on King Dr the services was worst I ever seen. Let's start off by I got there @ 12:30p the cashier wasn't even @ her drawer taking order to buy helping out the manager with orders plus drive thru had an line they had Uber eats drive waiting on orders for an hour that's not good. So when the cashier did come back so took the two people in front of me then left again she didn't take my order until 1:09p so been waiting for 40 minutes. I ask for manager the walking away like she didn't here while you have a whole lobby of people's waiting on there order's about 10 people's walked out cause the manager was not responding to us. Then when pasting the orders out the person got his food before me comes that they put order in his bag & he brought it back to cashier I told them I want my money back. Let's get this for one your by Mccormick place onnthe weekends you must have ace's in there places they was short handed no order should take an hour to get specially you uber orders, 2. Cashier should be always at there position taking orders make they are talking back & forth with grill area it suppose to 90 seconds on order's on the front line & 120 in drive thru that wasn't near McDonald's standers. I seen people walking off the floor during the rush while people are in the lobby & they messing up people order's & then have an attitude when they was being correct about they doing there job. If you suppose to an manager your skills suck your an suppose to leave when got rush you suppose the people out of there first before anybody can leave. 2 not enough people's helping getting the order's out cause have Uber order's, drive thru & front counter order's not one talking to each other to see who's order is ready none what so ever. The manager keep walking by not saying anything to customers say I'm sorry I'm short handed can wait a little bit I'm moving as fast that can go but order will be up soon I'm sorry didn't even get that from her what so ever. So pretend to be manager's of the title saying you tell me nothing because I'm the manager but when person like don't see what you suppose be doing as manager wasn't even shown be her keep doing things like the customers wasn't even there.

Honestly, I’ve had issues pretty much every time I’ve come here 😕 The staff often come across as rude and not very helpful, which already puts a damper on the experience. This time, I ordered and paid for a steak McMuffin but ended up getting a sausage one instead… not great 😤 To make things worse, I paid around $5 for a coffee that was only about two-thirds full, which felt like a complete rip-off ☕️💸 That was really frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the service and attention to detail just aren’t there. I’d honestly suggest going to the other McDonald’s a couple of blocks away instead — you might have a much better experience there 👍

McDonald's was honestly a big disappointment this time 😞🍔. The food came out really cold, like it had been sitting around for way too long. The fries tasted as if they hadn’t been under a warmer for at least 30 minutes - completely stale and not enjoyable at all 🍟❄️. The Big Macs were also a mess. One had way too much sauce, literally dripping out with every bite 😬💦, while mine had barely any sauce and ended up being super dry - it was honestly hard to even swallow 😖. On top of that, the buns were cold and felt tough instead of soft and fresh 🥶🥖. I’ve had fast food many times before, but I’ve never experienced something this cold and dry… definitely not what I expected at all 👎.
