I had breakfast here this morning and they got my order correct and it taste great. I came back for lunch and they got my order wrong but they were quick to fix it. It’s a little dirty, but I think that’s probably because it is such a busy McDonald’s.

Never have I been so degraded! Had just gotten off my train from Miami. I was walking with my luggage, backpack and duffel bag, and seen McDonald's. I thought perfect, grab a quick bite as I made my way to my hotel. I was completely attacked after my terrible experience. I had to come to counter because number was never called. My food was not hot because my order just sat there. Let me add that she also didn't provide napkins in my orders bag. I was then asked by the same woman, more napkins as I asked for napkins that were never provided. Less then five minutes after finishing my breakfast I was asked to leave as I was told I cannot just sit here! When I first sat down, there was a man that looked like he was asleep for some time but that was not my issue. The lady that couldn't even provide napkins nore call out my mobile order until I came to the counter. I hope this women is fired and I never have to be mistreated by your company again. Plus I'd like to add that if you try calling, no answer and mailbox full. You are what's wrong with America!

30+ minutes without an getting an order in a restaurant without a functioning central AC? I’m ready to leave but the wife won’t let me. The lady behind the counter is a hateful person who clearly despises her job. So much for me trying McDonald’s for the first time in over a decade. Edit: we left and will just dispute the charge with Chase at a later date.

I would not eat here if I were you. Look at how filthy the dining room is!!! If the dining room is literally this disgusting, I can’t even imagine how it is like in the actual kitchen. I don’t think I can go to another McDonalds ever again 🤮

Fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Consistently warm food and even warmer staff. Have never had a bad experience at this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
