Food temperature was cold. Not warm, like warm. Cold and I picked it up curbside. Not worth the $$ for trash. Like the food was just sitting there for 30 min. Before the bought it out

They put my KPOP meal in a regular bag. My kids was so upset. Didn't know the hot chocolate comes with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. This mcdonald's doesn't add it. Overall good customer service.

They occasionally forget some items in delivery orders but generally they are pretty accurate. When picking up/dining in they are always on point. Staff are really friendly, always. Updating today they now close their lobby every weekday afternoon because of the local school kids. Very disappointing to be kicked out and having to rush my food. They should put signs up. Security guard was very kind and helpful.

We were traveling from Michigan, and it was surprising to find a fast food place with parking in the busy city of Chicago. The food was hot and fresh, far better than our local McD's. The downside was that the restaurant was very cold, so we chose to sit in our car. Normally, I wouldn't rate a fast food place, as they are generally pretty similar. But I wanted to give a thumbs up where it was deserved.

Love McDonald’s but do not love this location. I guess that comes with an inner city McDonald’s. The workers have bad attitude and are not proficient at their job. The place has a dirty feeling. The bathrooms are locked so you have to make a purchase then check the receipt for the code. And they are dirty. And then if you a need a napkin you have to go back to the counter and ask, then the disgruntled employee gives you 2 napkins only. Food was standard but overall this is a terrible McDonald’s.
