Customer service is a non factor at this location . Decided I wanted to try the fried apple pies , placed a mobile order for a two pack of fried apple pies and a single fried apple pie. When I picked up my order, I had two baked apple pies and one fried apple pie. I went into the restaurant to exchange them, but to my surprise, they told me no. They said the receipt on their end says two apple pies after I repeatedly showed multiple employees including a manager that my mobile order showed I ordered Three fried apple pies. They still refused to provide me with what I ordered. This was a very frustrating and unnecessary process to say the least ,I was met with total disrespect by all the employees that I encountered no one could resolve my issue, not even giving me a refund because it was a mobile order.

I ordered on the app for dine in and there is a whole dining area but customers are not allowed to use it. I asked why we can’t eat inside and they just kept saying no it’s take out only. I rode my bike there and had to sit outside the McDonald’s to eat my meal and they told me I couldn’t sit there and told me to go sit near the market even though I bought their food. I didn’t say anything because I was already fed up and didn’t want to argue. The security said it’s not just me who can’t sit there; it’s everyone. Never heard of a take out only McDonald’s and one that won’t let their customers be near the restaurant after purchase. Not going again.

I order delivery from this McDonald’s fairly often, and on multiple occasions it says they were finding a new driver. One day, after cycling through five drivers, I had to beg the last driver to please let me know what’s wrong. When he was finally able to deliver my order, he informed me that the staff and possibly the manager were berating him and the other delivery drivers there. He said could see my order, but the manager just for some reason refused to hand it to him. My order arrived 90 minutes late. Management here needs to make a change to how they treat customers and delivery drivers. It is not right to treat people as if they are not human. If the manager reads this, you need to do better. You need to be better. This is shameful.

Appalling Hygiene and Health Hazard with Total Lack of Management Accountability I am beyond disappointed with this location. I placed a mobile drive-thru order for a McDouble, nuggets, and fries, but the drive-thru experience was a total disaster. After a 5-minute wait, I realized my McDouble was missing and had to circle back. When I returned, an associate named Lucson T. took my bag and reached his bare hands inside, digging around and touching my open fries to "verify" the burger was missing. Instead of remaking the contaminated food, he simply tossed the missing burger into the bag and handed it back. It was completely unsanitary. I had to park and go inside—defeating the whole purpose of the drive-thru—to address the hygiene issue. The two managers on duty were not able to process the refund, as they claimed they couldn't process a refund made via the app and just handed me a supervisor's phone number to call. Bottom line: This store has zero regard for "clean hands" protocols or basic customer service. Save yourself the headache (and the germs) and go somewhere else. But if you must go, be sure to check your bags before pulling away and call Boston 311.

They have a bad reputation because of where they are located but they have the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. The young male manager and his entire team are amazing
