I'm a regular at mcdonald's, but not this one. First and last time I'll ever go here. I use the app ALL the time to order ahead. It took over 30 minutes for them to make me one sandwich! The girls are rude and don't smile. Like another review said, "unprofessional" which I agree with 100%. I show the bag girl (runner) my mobile receipt with code, she says it has to be 4 numbers. Wrong! That's if it's ordered at the counter. The code is always letters and numbers for mobile or drive thru orders at other locations (and that's what it was on my receipt). So I have to get in line...another male cashier has no idea what to do, he was probably new. Another disgruntled female cashier finally decides to help me and searches her register with my code I assume. Finally the slip prints. All other mcdonald's have my food ready at the counter when I choose "pickup, counter." my GPS is always on. Manager said I had to click "I'm already here" in the app. No. Sir, I don't, nor did the app ever have the option for this order. I never had to before at any other location. It's counter service, not drive thru, not curbside, but table service. I know the app very well, I get mcdonald's every week. Avoid this location at longwood galleria. P.s. I used to work at mcdonald's. What i thought would be a fast pick up on my lunch break, (away from my patients) turned into an anxious situation for me. I was not treated nicely, couldn't even get a free fry. I couldn't believe the male manager. I'll find out who the district manager is.

The food is consistently good, and you can always count on a quick meal when you're in a hurry. However, the service can be a bit hit or miss, with long wait times during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid option when you need something fast.

This McDs is a block away from Childrens Hospital, which I was staying at for a month. My daughter wanted McFlurrys on the regular after being introduced to them. Sadly, the McFlurry machine was down, every other day. Somedays days in a row, while giant Oreo McFlurey ads display on the giant overhead digital menu. Why bother opening at all if you can't serve ice cream to kids. Shut it down. Filet-o-fish still good though.

Go here while my daughter gets cancer treatment. Past three orders they have go wrong and will not fix the order or give refund. Place is usually very busy and most of not all of the staff barely speak English even after I repeat myself 3 or 4 times. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to

I went to pick my food and coffee up over an hour after submitting my mobile order. I was running late to a doctor's appointment due to crazy traffic and couldn't grab it beforehand as planned. When I finally got there the staff brought it over right away, still warm, with fresh iced coffee. Feeling really grateful for the service and food after a long afternoon. While parking and traffic is a headache, (would NOT try driving over again) the atmosphere of the food court itself was quite nice.
