It's 24 hours and they are chill about hanging out there to stay warm in the winter times as long as u buy something and are mellow. It'll take them half hour to get ur food anyways and you willl be ignored until it's ready .but it will be fresh and now you're warm . If you're ordering in the lobby after midnight you'll be standing there with everyone else being ignored while the drive through takes over importance at around this time . Overall this place is the way to go . Stay warm out there friends . Est some french fries and a big Mac and enjoy a taste of the fine quisk e of America

I come here about once a week and usually have no issues. My most recent order was a large fries and this is what it looked like before I ate any.

Drive thru is always a 30-45min wait at any point in time after 10pm Edit I had originally left a bad review because the drive-thru was taking forever at 1:00 a.m., it took 40 minutes to get a six-piece nugget. The general manager ended up calling me and explaining me the scenario that she had just taken over the location and that she's working on improving it. I have been going a couple times over the last few months and the service has been super quick the food has been boiling hot and fresh and honestly some of the best McDonald's I've ever had in my life. Great job turning this location around and you've earned a repeat customer.

The service was terrible. I ordered a sweettea lemonade, but I only received plain iced tea without any lemonade. When I mentioned this to the staff, they only added a few drops of lemonade (yes, you read that right, just a few drops. I know that it supposed to be half & half). They also told me in a rude manner that I could get a refund if I didn't want it. I don't know why, but recently something new has been happening here. The manager seems to want customers to leave if there's nothing on their table or if they're still ordering. They've even set a 15-minute timer. And sometimes this seems to be based on race or age. I've noticed that some people around me weren't told to leave but were implicitly allowed to stay. Is this a form of racial discrimination? Undeniably, if this McDonald's didn't have the support of the local community or the students from the nearby school (who, in my opinion, are the main customers on weekdays), this McDonald's would be deserted due to its poor service and product issues. I don't think these employees have the attitude and service that people working in the service industry should have towards customers.

My last few visits here have been 10+ minute waits, with my most recent being a mcflurry that took half an hour and that was not even delivered to me before I got tired of the wait and left. Absolutely unacceptable service. Unsure if it was the workers’ fault as they were apparently quite busy but like, come on.
