I have been to this McDonald's at least 3 times this week and had my order wrong every time first time I ordered a unsweetened tea would no ice.They gave me a sweet tea with ice, I go back inside to ask for the right drink. I receive it. It looks like they did nothing to it. But take out the ice and the tea was still sweet and I was so annoyed the next time I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese, no egg because im allergic to egg and 2 hash Browns, they gave me one hash Brown and gave me a biscuit with bacon cheese and egg. Which was the complete wrong order? As if they didn't even hear what I said and it said on the receipt, exactly what I asked for but they gave me the exact wrong thing. And now today I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese, no egg and 2 hash Browns, that was it. But they gave me two hash browns and a biscuit with cheese, no sausage, that's it. I'm so tired of the people there not listening to people's orders and they keep doing this over and over.

I order from this store through Uber Eats once or twice a week, usually around midnight because I finish work late. Unfortunately, almost every time I order, there are issues with the food or missing items. Today, I ordered a Big Mac, 10 nuggets, 4 Cokes, fries, and 4 ranch cups. When the order arrived, there was no ranch at all. I only eat my nuggets with ranch, so I was really upset. This is not the first time this has happened, so I’m honestly very disappointed. I also want to mention something from my last order. The chicken nuggets did not taste like chicken at all. The texture and taste were completely different from the usual McDonald’s nuggets. It honestly tasted more like fried flour than chicken. I’ve been a big fan of McDonald’s since I was young, so I know how the nuggets normally taste and feel. I’m not blaming McDonald’s as a whole, but I wanted to share my experience with this specific store because I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences there.

You have to stand between 2 doors to order through a window in the door? I have patronized this McDonald's longer than the staff in this store has been alive.I would rather travel to another restaurant when where it's patrons are welcomed INSIDE. If you are afraid of the neighborhood, you should be afraid of the money.

The service was great for what it’s supposed to be — fast and efficient, with a touch of diligence. The staff kept things moving smoothly while still being polite and attentive. Overall, a solid fast-food customer service experience at McDonald's.

I was there just at 11:56 p.m., this girl was standing there as if I wasn't even there and using her phone acting stupidly, I honked her several times, you can see the cameras. I went to buy with my money not with hers if she doesn't like her job there are several doors where she can just walk out, even someone’s else had to go to see what was happening that the cars was not moving forward and my order was very simple.
