I order from Uber eats and they send me a EMPTY BAG!!!!! I try to call the restaurant and no one answers, I been trying to call for 10 minutes, worst experience ever the worst McDonald's ever.

Went there today asked for 2 double cheese burgers with Mac sauce sooooo the burger was loaded with so much salt I have a headache and I couldn't eat it I have high blood pressure also they have no change my food came up to 6 bucks and 38 cents I got back 13 bucks but no change no 39 cents why because they had none please investigate them. Unsatisfied customer And this is why I only order from the one on Dorchester ave.

Longest wait time for icy and a large fry.they were also sitting too long in the fryer so they have like an oily taste to it but at least they were hot

HOW DOES MCDONALD ADVERTISE ORDERING IN THE APP TO SAVE TIME, AND IM WAITING 30 mins for my order. THE KITCHEN LOOKED SO UNORGANIZED WITH PAPERS EVERYWHERE. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW WE ARE PREPARING LUNCH ITEM FOODS WHEN PEOPLE STILL HAVENT GOT THEIR BREAKFAST. THERES ALWAYS A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION, MANAGEMENT HAS TO DO SOMETHING FOR THIS STORE.

First let me state how much attitude was given by some of the crew members that are working this early afternoon you might want to give them more training on how to speak to the customers and how to take an order correctly! I ordered a cheeseburger with (no pickles) for my granddaughter who is allergic to pickles and when I got home this is what I was given are you kidding me it’s not even a cheeseburger it’s a chicken sandwich with all the toppings that go on a cheeseburger that’s just ridiculous! Also ordered: Big Mac Meal / Quarter Pounder Meal Nugget & Fries More Training
