Although I don't like to support this entity, this branch does deserve 5 stars because it's always clean, the staff is super friendly, and they care about their work quality. Never a bad experience here. Anyone who slams this place is just a hater whose never worked retail in their lives. Also, unlocked public restrooms helpful for waiting on the bus, gig workers, etc. Lots of designated parking on-site and has drive-thru. It's rarely closed, too. Se hablan español tambien.

Look, I’m not really one to complain, genuinely. I’ve worked fast food and plenty of food service jobs, I get it, it sucks. But I cannot even begin to recall the number of times that this McDonald’s has messed up my order. Plenty of “cancelled orders” and missing or just wrong items, and that’s just on the online ordering side. I’ve also ordered in person and through the drive thru. Messed up orders there too, zero acknowledgement when picking up an order. Like, again I get it, customer service sucks, but wouldn’t you want to ask me which order is mine so I leave your building? I end up standing there looking like an idiot waiting for someone to finally turn around, even after I ask if that’s my order sitting up top (it always is, I can read the side of the bag). This happens ever. Single. Time. I wish I was exaggerating. The food is often cold too, which isn’t something I would complain about if the correct food was there in the first place. I have a microwave, I can heat it up. I feel like I’ve tried to be so understanding and respectful and receive absolutely nothing back. Sometimes even worse than nothing, I don’t get all my food which is just free money to McDonald’s. Yeah just had to get my thoughts out there on the very small chance that this changes anything about the way stuff is done (it won’t but a guy can hope)

I arrived the store and all the doors are locked. I checked their store hours online and on the door, it is still far to be closing. I still see many people are eating inside. Not sure why is it closed. I happened to see one staff at the door, she informed it’s closed. Meanwhile, I still see them taking order for drive through. Why is walk in closed but having some customers inside?

Since I was a man, he didn't take my order, he directed someone else, and when I called him, he said I don't speak English and spoke English to the customer after me and took his order. It is a disrespectful and egoistic behavior.
