It's a McDonald's so you should expect McDonald's service and McDonald's cleanliness. Is it the best McDonald's in the world no Is it going to get you fed yes. I ordered two ice cream cones in the medium fry The medium fry was about 70% full I like my medium fries to be 100% full but it is what it is. Don't expect to park around this joint there's almost no parking available and all the parking is paid. The lobby could be a bit cleaner but it's acceptable for where you are being that close to Kenmore. The fries did taste semi-fresh so that was expectation level met. The ice cream was good cold and it was a good amount of it. If you're hungry they're open till 3:00 a.m. if you need to park you better be on your bicycle.

These people DOUBLE CHARGED me, and the person dealing with me told me to see the person in the afternoon. I can back in the afternoon and spoke with the manager named LEIDY. This woman couldn’t have been ANYMORE RUDE. Refused to give me a refund or give me any food of the same value to remedy the situation. Instead, she flat out REFUSED to do anything. I called the 800 # and sent a message on X and I have been completely IGNORED. My next step is to tell my bank I was fraudulently charged. This place has a ZERO STARS review. Unfortunately, zero starts isn’t allowed, but they EARNED A ZERO. The customer service experience was a NEGATIVE 5. Absolutely THE WORST I have experienced in my lifetime. I will NEVR EVER AGAIN visit the establishment. This has to be the WORST EARNED REVIEW in my years doing reviews. Truly pathetic and the Hogan Family, which own the restaurant, should be ASHAMED of how poorly these employees make the customer experience to be.

I placed a mobile order and arrived immediately, only to find the pickup area chaotic and disorganized. The app marked my order as “ready” 30 minutes before it was actually prepared. When I tried to cancel after waiting, I couldn’t because it falsely showed as “in progress,” yet the manager said my order was still about 30 orders away. I ended up waiting 45 minutes in total. Completely misleading system and extremely inefficient service.

I hope the owner sees this. I want to thank them for the renovation. It’s so much better now! And hopefully you can track the grill chef who made my awesome Big Mac with extra sauce, in between the two burgers! 🍔 Extra attention to detail!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service is terrible, every time I have gone there they screwed up my order so and gave me an attitude like I'm the one who made the mistakes and when I approached a man who was either the owner or district manager to discuss my issue, he acted as if he couldn't be bothered with my complaint all he said was I'll take care of it...I'm sure he will...NOT!!! Needless to say I don't go there anymore and I wouldn't suggest anyone going there because on top of horrible service, their food is terrible the hamburger rolls are always stale and falling apart as you eat the burger and the burgers themselves are extremely dry and overcooked.
