By far the most extravagant meal I’ve ever had. In my ten piece nugget they instead gave me 1 giant nugget! I didn’t know it was on the menu but very happy I got it. By fat the best chicken I’ve ever had. Thank you for your time. 👼

So show up here at 1:45 AM on Saturday night to pick up an order for DoorDash I park and I go up to the door. It says the dining room closes at 11 so I get back in my car and I go get into the drive-through queue and I sit there and I wait for like 15 minutes while million people take their sweet time going through the drive-through when it's my turn I told him I'm there to pick up a DoorDash order. They tell me to come inside. At the app, the app says to use the drive-through to pick up this just wasted like 20 minutes of my life on something that should've taken five minutes. You guys need to figure out how to communicate the protocol for food delivery pick up in a consistent and clear way because this way it's just clogging up your drive-through line and it's making people's orders take way longer than they need to

the worst chicken nuggets ive ever had, especially from a fast food place. Hard and crusty, so gross. they need to get some real / fresh food.

The customer service was horrible and they were all moody. asked them to remake the fries and they just put it back in the oil and gave it to us and we asked for the nuggets to be well done. and it’s barely even done. cold food and shown that it was already prepared and just reheated.

For real? I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt I tried to bite into it and it was SO HARD ICE COLD like yall mean to tell me when putting this in the bag yall didn’t see what this looked like? No you did you just don’t care because you’re not eating it. Smfh.
