Ok let’s start with the food: burgers cold. Too much mustard. Fries were cold and dry. The sprite? Completely non-potable. Watered down and somehow salty at the same time. The seating area was blocked off with only two filthy, trash-laden tables available. One kiosk completely broken. Staff were rude. They told us to leave one hour before the closing time. I urge any readers to STRONGLY RECONSIDER PATRONIZING THIS MCDONALD’S.

worst mcdonalds ive ever been to and thats zero exaggeration, very bad service the staff were disrespectful and did not prioritize anyones order inside of the restaurant. me and many customers waited a minimum of 30 minutes for our food and it wasnt even busy. just for me and my significant other to get horrible plating and i ordered a big breakfast combo and they did not give my pancakes, i waited 45 to an hour for my food

Their food is terrible. The burger patties were very dry. Unlike the restaurants' stock photos, the actual burgers had skimpy condiments. I actually appreciated the fact that they put the quarter pounders into a box which preserved the buns better. However, the patties were dry and tasteless. The fries were very thin and when you bite into them, they seemed hallow inside. The staff spoke very poor English, so was difficult to understand what she actually said when she repeated our order. Overall, very poor experience.

EDIT: after all that, my order ended up being wrong….it wasn’t complicated and usually they’re on point. I miss the old staff. They were very efficient and organized. This is a mess. Waited 20 minuted in store for an on online order I placed 10 minuted prior to coming Into the store. They claim they didn’t get my order so I showed them the receipt. They wrote the order down. Very disorganized. I’m willing to be patient but there are so many staff and there was still a long delay.

They usually have the seating area blocked off with the trash can for some reason. And it's quite small. The 2 kiosks dont work, I think it worked 1 time I went there. Usually takes a minute to actually get acknowledged by the staff to order. Once your order is placed, waiting for the food takes max 5 or so minutes. I've ordered Ubereats many times from here, and they are reliable with getting my order correct most of the time.
