Filthy. Hair. Dirt. Trash. Even the walls are dirty. Employees ignore you. Tables not cleaned. They have kiosks for ordering and not a single employee at a counter to help. Can only imagine how they clean the kitchen. Tiny waiting area crowded with delivery drivers. Takes forever for your order. Everyone crowding the counter trying to get the attention of any employee. I asked for a manager and they ignored me.

I had a terrible experience today. The self-service kiosk had a glitch where the only drink available to select was Coke. I brought this to the staff's attention, hoping for a simple substitution, but was met with complete indifference. I was told that the kiosk's error wasn't their problem and that if I wanted a different drink, I’d have to pay extra. It’s a shame that the staff cares so little about customer experience that they won't fix a clear technical error on their end.

Every time I go to this location in the morning, there’s this one employee who is rude. I paid for extra caramel and she made it incorrectly and tired to lie and say the cup was line with caramel. Then when I said it wasn’t she said it was blended in. I don’t care about the extra charge, just don’t lie in my face.

I went to this location tonight around 1030p.m just got off work and had to get my daughter something to eat. when I drove in the drive thru had some cars and the window had people waiting and some teenagers were inside but they had the doors locked already. I decided to wait because some of the car left out the drive thru. I sat there and waited until I was the next person to order. The guy came on the the speaker and I proceeded to tell him what I wanted. next, thing you know he tells me to hold on. so I am on the phone talking. I hear him goes and takes the next line. He took all the cars order in that second line. so when he came back to me. I ask him how he started taking my order and then tells me to hold on and took the second lines ordered when I had started. I had waited all that time and those cars had recently just drove up. he tells me they are short staff. I never said anything else to the guy. I was on the phone tell my phone caller what happened when the guy who is taking order tell me goodnight I will not be serving you. I am like what! what did I say to you. I am on my phone talking not to you. he was supposed to had finished up my order but instead again after I tell him how do u me to place my order when I ask u a question and you gave and answered and because I am ony phone talking you tell me goodnight I will not be serving you. I can see if I was being rude or talking to him or cussing him out or etc . but I didn't say anything out the way. and when I asked him for his name he kept telling me good night and I had already waited in that line for a good 25 minute just to get my daughter something to eat and to just get denied service because I asked a question and I'm talking on my phone and not to him literally. I believe this is the same guy when he first started at that McDonald's trying to get people to put in a good word for him to become supervisor and now since he is a supervisor he definitely does not have customer service skills because you're frustrated and upset that your short staff you take it out on the customers I can see if I was out of place but I was not out of place I did not yell I did not raise my voice I asked a simple question just to get denied service. I am on my phone. when can they start denying you service because you are on your phone talking 🤔I will never go back late at night because that night lead/supervisor doesn't know how to treat customers.
