Food is sloppy. No concern for how food is served. Asked for no onion. Came with onion. Bathroom was clean. Said only take out on the kiosk, but we did eat inside with several other patrons. The receipt actually printed out from the kiosk which is rare for McDonald’s.

I ordered a double quarter pounder for my wife and it’s raw. This burger was not properly cooked all the way through. This is a safety hazard and could have seriously impacted someone’s health. The fries were also cold and it does not look like they put the correct hamburger patties for the Big Mac I ordered and the bun was cold.

yall always forget my nuggets. just happened again so i have to let yall know with this review. please do better i dont like my money being played with.

I typically come to this location on Sunday mornings to grab a bacon egg and cheese biscuit before work. I always do a mobile order to pick up at the counter and I have to say, though sometimes I wait longer for my order to be ready, every bacon egg and cheese biscuit I have gotten from here has been IMMACULATE. Absolutely delicious and put together perfectly. I could go to any location and get the same biscuit but nothing compares to the Steele Creek location. Never let go of that morning staff cause they know what they’re doing!

Ordered a quarter pounder and gotten a raw burger talked to the manger and was told I would be getting a new one free of charge. Received the free burger and you can see clearly how greasy it is even the bun is greased up. Unsure what is wrong with the staff but seems like everyone is mad or upset.
