If you’re getting more than a couple items, you’re cooked. Expect at the very least a 10 minute wait. They will tell you to go park in a waiting spot and proceed to serve people with smaller orders to get their drive-thru times faster. If the food was fresh, maybe it would be worth it, but nope. Cold and hard. Absolutely terrible quality control from the Stanton family franchise.

Can someone please find a comfortable, I repeat, a comfortable temperature, put it on automatic and leave it alone? It's either extremely cold or extremely hot at this location. Also, customers could get faster service if the employees would stop checking their cell phones every time they take an order outside. It never fails, they check their cell phones every time.

I paid $28 on doordash from this McDonald's and it was not delivered. I ordered pancakes, a biscuit, eggs, sausage and a hash brown (the big breakfast with hotcakes) AND I RECEIVED NONE OF IT! All I got were 3 breakfast burritos & a coffee that were also ordered. When I asked DoorDash for a refund on the missing food, they said "Nope. Not eligible for a refund." How am I not eligible for a refund? How would anyone be okay with paying $28 for those items, not receive them and just carry on with their day? That is stealing money! I paid for those items and I was not given them. And my claim was denied to give me a refund. Are you serious? The doordasher apologized and then ended the chat so that I could no longer message her when I asked her for the address of the McDonald's that was went to so that I could call them. I will never give doordash my business ever again. They are thieves and I want my money back! Please save yourself from losing your hard earned money by not giving this McDonald's business. And I will be visiting this McDonald's in person because someone needs to give me back my money for food paid for and not received. I'm sure any of the workers there wouldn't pay for food, not receive it and not care or say a thing. I blame this McDonald's location for not packing my food & I blame doordash for not giving a refund. Oh and I know this is the McDonald's that was went to because all I can see on doordash is that it's 2.9 miles away from my house. So when I researched "McDonald's near me" this is the only one that comes up that's says "2.9 miles". All others are 3+ miles.

I stopped here a few days ago driving through to the mountains. Hardly any parking spaces unless you're doing curbside pickup. I found an open spot in the back. The drive thru was crazy busy. I wanted to eat inside after driving so long. When I went inside they were doing some work on half of the dining room and the other half had a few people hanging out with no food. So , I ended up getting my food and eating in my SUV. Inside they only take your order from the App or the Kiosk. I used the App so I could use my points for a free Frappe. I also got a McDouble and a small fry. As busy as they are the hamburger meat tasted like it had been in the warmer for a while. My fries were hot and fresh though. If I lived in Charlotte I definitely wouldn't come back to this McDonald's location. After looking at the list of locations in Charlotte it looks like the norm unfortunately.

My experience at 3:59AM As an Uber Eats driver, I visit many restaurants every day, and this McDonald’s location really stands out. The manager does a great job leading the team and keeping everything organized and professional….. I also really appreciate that they respect drivers’ and they’re location working time hours !!! and try their best to have orders ready or communicate if there’s a short wait. That level of professionalism makes a big difference for us on the road. A big thank you to the late shift manager Kat she’s wonderful and the entire crew for the great service and positive attitude. Keep up the great work!
