Bro....if you dont have everything in stock to make an item on the menu....dont offer it. My McRib came on a regular hamburger bun and the didn't even tell me. I ordered through the app and picked up in drive-thru. Also asked for no onions, and there were onions (which normally i just deal with and pick off when it happens but Im a little irritated) and extra pickles and there were 2. I put in feedback on the website, so we will see how this goes. Side note- the staff is always pleasant when I go to this store.

Horrible place to go. At this location the workers don’t care about nothing but getting their paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location. This is how the Big Mac was given I never seen anything like this. Nothing on the sandwich and the cheese is on the outside of the bun. The whole night shift crew needs to go back in training or fired.

had a big order of about 8 breakfast sandwhiches…we made the order online and half were supposed to be chicken mcgriddle and other half sausage. This location only gave us sausage…. dont understand how you mess up an online order that was simple. But this is what i expect from mcdonalds. i advise anyone thats hungry to just go to a different place to get food.

First off the lft drive thru lane takes 4 cars to every 1 the right lane takes. Then when I finally order & once again confirm my order then to the window to pay and confirm my order again, then when I get to pickup window she hands me the bag & I confirm it looks like the correct order not opening each wrapped sandwich. Then she hands me one of the confirmed beverages & says have a nice day, I said I have a lg coke zero also , she looked like a dear caught in the headlights, had no clue what I said & walks away already waiting over 15 mins since placing order & then comes back to window to ask me to pull to the next window while standing right in front of soda machine. So once I got my drink then drove home to find everyone’s order was completely wrong! Given no receipt with my order I decided to call before going back, 20 attempts to call & no one answered the phone, it would ring and ring till they either hung up on me or call failed. My wife got her morning coffee there for years on her way to work but stopped going there because all the issues she was having just getting coffee. Should of listened to her when I said I was running to McD’s for breakfast and she said goto North Sardis Rd location which is twice the distance. We will not be back.
