I was so disappointed with this McDonald's 😞 my order was wrong not 1 but 3 times, first off I had to pull up (almost 20mins still hadn't gotten food) he handed me someone elses order 1st, 2nd the double cheeseburger 🍔 wasn't correct (so I ask for management) she states she's gonna correct it, 3rd I get to work this what I get (no pickles no onions) bread so hard I pilled around it, fries 🍟 barely none.....so disappointed 😞 😢 most definitely want be back #horribleservice #badcustomerservice #3timesstilldidntgetitright #yalllllbethejudge #itsstatesonly (receipt attached as well as pictures 📸)

THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN! THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WHEN I ORDER FROM HERE! JUST SPENT $50 ON 3 ITEMS FOR BREAKFAST VIA UBER EATS ONLY TO GET MY FOOD & A WHOLE MEAL IS MISSING! HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE SURE EVERY ITEM IS IN THE BAG. JUST A COMPLETE MESS! I HATE THIS LOCATION!

Ordered a breakfast combo. Of course they asked to upsize which is normal. Told them I wanted regular. Charged me $.60 fee for small drink. Challenged charge at speaker and told didn’t see anything. Got a detailed receipt and there it is, $.60 for a small drink on a combo, not an extra drink. Went inside and asked for a refund. Manager said the “system” charged me that and not the person. If this is system charge then everyone is getting money skimmed by this procedure. Not ethical at all.

I just wanted a quick breakfast before work , I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal & got a sweet tea to drink at first i took a sip of the tea and noticed it tasted like coffee filters disgusting so i went and changed it out for a sprite only for me to drink it half way and notice there is something in the cup ( a bug !!!!! ) food was cold , hash browns were hard. A nice $10 wasted will never return to this location again , Needs better management, the manager was yelling at the employees in front of customers very unprofessional!!!

This could be a gold mine location if the staff were a little more experienced and maybe a little more work coordinated. It's not their fault. they haven't had the experience yet because they are young. But at least they are here trying anyway. They might not be the best worker materiel. I no what they are positively doing, THEY ARE GETTING THAT MONEY no matter how inexperienced they are.
