I ordered a hot mocha large and got the amount of a medium. I know there has to be room for whipped cream but there was never any whipped cream from the start and the drink was already cold as if they gave me a drink that was already sitting there. And I added the mocha to a meal for breakfast and it’s was a extra $2.30 for literally nothing cause I got the amount of a medium when I paid for a large this is unacceptable.there is no reason why it just be so under filled for the price.if your going to charge extra for a drink make sure it’s filled to the top.

Terrible experience at this location. We pulled up to the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone took our order. When they finally did, the staff were chatting amongst themselves and clearly not paying attention to what we were saying. We ordered 2 iced mocha lattes and what we actually got was milk with caramel syrup in one cup and milk with chocolate syrup in the other — no espresso, no resemblance to what we asked for. If the team can't hear an order or make a basic drink correctly, the whole point of the drive-thru is gone. Needs better training and attention.

The typical fast food workers, stupid slow, believes the whole world owes them something. People like these cannot and will not serve others which is the whole point to the business. How they manage I do not know.

Watch if you order DoorDash from this McDonald's. We ordered and only got half our order, so we got our refund and then we reordered the stuff we didn't get. So it came back with half of that order missing. So you know it's from the store not the DoorDash driver because it was two different DoorDash drivers with the bags sealed when we got them. So either the people that work there are stupid or they are doing it on purpose because we ordered after 8:00 p.m. when the store was not busy.

One of the worst fast-food experiences I've had in a long time. After placing my order, I was told to pull forward to a waiting spot and ended up waiting about 15 minutes. During that time, multiple cars that arrived after me received their food and left before I was served. When my order finally arrived, it was completely wrong. I ordered a Big Mac with one fry, but instead received a Double Quarter Pounder with two fries. To make matters worse, when I was handed my receipt at the window, I politely said that I didn't need it. Instead of taking it back, the employee simply let it fall outside the drive-thru window. I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, but the combination of the long wait, customers being served ahead of me, the incorrect order, and the unprofessional interaction at the window made for a very disappointing experience. Management should take a closer look at both customer service and order accuracy at this location.
