They enjoy lying to customers faces. My order has just been sitting at the back counter for over 5 minutes. Cashier tells me it just came out. My receipt didn’t print from kiosk, I saw my order sitting as I was getting my receipt squared away. They could have given me my order way before my receipt was taken care of. Had to redo order. I don’t eat cold food when it supposed to be hot.Not only that, but why is it always cold in this location. Fix your issues. Very slow service. Fries aren’t fresh unless you ask for fresh fries. It’s always cold inside this location. You can literally get sick from it being so cold here. Definitely not fit for dine in customers. I’ve noticed that there is a remodel on north Tryon street but it’s always empty. I’ve also noticed as a customer, that there are a lot of McDonald’s being closed after they make building upgrades. They are losing customers as well as money from newly upgraded locations. I remember when McDonald’s was the all time restaurant for all families to enjoy for a pretty fair price for food. It has let its core customers down completely. Poor quality and high prices equals to a shut down. I use to work for McDonald’s some years back and I gotta say that this looks like the end of the road. They are riding out a dead wave and it shows.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this location. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal for my son, and shortly after eating, he began throwing up. When I checked his food, I was shocked to see black spots all over the nuggets. This is completely unacceptable. I attempted to call the store for over an hour and a half with no answer. For the prices being charged these days, there should be far more attention paid to food quality and customer service. Whoever prepared and boxed this meal clearly ignored an obvious issue. This situation was not only upsetting but also a potential health hazard. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure this doesn’t happen to another family.

- Dirty parking lot - Dirty inside - Food left outside (Unclean) - Lazy/rude staff - Store not open on time - Horrible attitude from staff - Long wait time - No customer service!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Ordered Uber Eats. Waited 90+ mins to get our food and not only did the store not give us our fries, the nuggets they gave us tasted extremely burnt. Extremely disappointed. Avoid this location!

27 December at 710pm. Staff not paying attention to detail at all. My food got cold from dealing with them for quite a few times. I mean even before I got my order, to help them out. Staff is very lazy. So far 15 minutes that I have asked for my receipt because the kiosk I used is out of paper. They forgot to give me my cup with my order as well. I asked for napkins and condiments also. I’m still waiting for my receipt. Inexcusable lack of service. August 30th 2025 at 3pm. I used the kiosk to order and wouldn’t you know it no receipt. I went to the counter to attempt to to receive it but I was lied to saying that it would not print due to my order being processed thru kiosk. I informed this young boy of a manager that it has been printed before at this very location. He and cashier got a bad attitude like it’s not part of their job. Next time I just may invite their terrible attitudes outside to talk about it. Don’t get upset because you don’t know how to print out a receipt. I needed it for my per diem paperwork. Always an issue. If you don’t like working there, then get another job before you disrespect me again. I’m a grown man and I deal with disrespect a lot differently than you 2. But no worries. Because of this incident I’m done with McDonald’s all together. No customers inside. I ordered medium fries on kiosk. No receipt printed. It took almost 10 minutes for receipt and fries as well. The first two staff members ignored me saying yes they would print it out for me but they never did. Terrible customer service. It’s like they don’t know what they doing. I use to work at McDonald’s and customers always came first. Not looking at kids meal cookies. Too long. They seem very lazy. Another customer only needed sauce for nuggets as they forgot to put it in the bag.
