Hands down the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever had. The definition of trash and having no pride in what you do. I arrived after already receiving a notification that my mobile order is ready only to wait 25 minutes without an employee so much as looking at the 8 people waiting for food. I had to raise my voice multiple times before even being acknowledged and then was told my order was being started 28 MINUTES AFTER I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION IT WAS READY! then they give me the wrong food and then forget my drink. All while saying absolutely nothing to me. An absolutely horrible experience. This place is ran like trash, it is obvious these people have no care for their job and management is just as pathetic and miserable. It is mind blowing how someone could fail at something so bad. If you refuse to have decency for the community your serving than at the very least respect yourselves. You come off as pathetic careless angry miserable people to your customers.

This is disastrous. Firstly staff has attitudes about their jobs apparently. The homeless have moved in. Very unsanitary. This homeless woman is walking around with soiled fecal clothing on coughing like she is very sick. Manager has said nothing and done nothing about it. The rating here has plummeted. Corporate needs to get a hold on this. I’m gonna put this on YouTube so everyone can see what’s going on here. Definitely not an enjoyable experience. They need to close this location down as it has gone to shambles. Tables are not even being cleaned. Nobody is really working. It’s not packed here. Too many tables are left dirty. I don’t think it is safe in here health wise.i use to work for McDonald’s and what I’ve witnessed today would have this location shut down. It smells like cigarette smoke in here as well.

My burger was pink and not fully cooked through. One of the employees was drinking alcohol while taking my order and she was extremely rude. The food was also cold. I would definitely not recommend dining here. The food and service is not good at all.

This location needs to update its hours of service. More than once they have claimed to be closed or not operating when they are 24hrs. If the staff doesn’t want to work those late hours then they need to not show up or management needs to make changes. I don’t want to place an order through the app just to it be able to receive it because the claim they are closed at 10 pm or are too busy doing whatever to be bothered with customer until the morning.

Placed an order late night only for this store not to be open 24 hours. Placed a mobile order without any way to refund or cancel order very disappointing when this establishment is suppose to be 24 hours. If it’s not 24 hours your shouldn’t be able to order online or through DoorDash. The lady at the window was nice but that’s besides the point.
