This store is absolutely the worst of any experience with a fast food chain I have ever had. The customer service is horrible (if you can find someone to talk to…they all hide in the kitchen). They are super slow. No reason it should take almost an hour for any McD order. This happened on multiple occasions. I understand things happen and showed patience after the first instance. Today I placed a mobile app order and got an alert that the food was ready. When I showed up there was no food ready (afree waiting for an additional 20 minutes for a staff person to come out from the back) and then the staff couldn’t find my order even when presented with my receipt and order number as well as the charge to my card. I ultimately left with no food after a waste of my time. 3 strikes and you’re out. Be warned.

Absolutely horrific experience. Very slow people and not caring about us costumers. First, we get into the store in a very intense game of hostages and all we ordered was 5 McFlurrys. One would think we would get our food on time, but not this McDonald’s! I think it is the workers need to be trained again. Many people complaining. Some were getting very anxious, almost raided the back. I think the satisfaction rating is 98.5 but I think this needs to be lowered to a 0! Didn’t even give us utensils to eat our food. I do say, I could have made my food faster three times before they got my food. (Writing this without my food by the way!) Fast food, more like SLOW FOOD! I could feel the tension in the store rising with every waking moment. I kinda got scared that I may never get my food. I started eating with the cardboard on the side of the box. I think Aristotle would say these people lack magnanimity. I have a paper due for class in April about who is the magnanimous man and I would say these people would not be magnanimous. Picture this, 5 friends getting food, and all the sudden, they don’t get it! This was definitely not just both in Aristotles eyes and Socretes, and they did not get along. These people made me feel very slavish. I felt I had to make my food they took so long. In conclusion, great experience if you want to complain about the store, but if your tummy is growling then I would not recommend this at all! Pax Christi

On multiple occasions, I have visited this location around dinner time and specifically requested that my food be prepared fresh (cook-to-order); however, this request has consistently been disregarded. Each visit has resulted in cold food that is evidently not freshly prepared. This is not an isolated occurrence but rather a repeated and concerning pattern. The continued failure to provide hot, fresh food raises significant concerns about the restaurant's quality control procedures and managerial oversight. As a paying customer, I expect established brand standards to be upheld. Repeatedly serving cold food falls well below those expectations and undermines confidence in the location’s operations. It is particularly disappointing that, although I live closer to this restaurant, I now choose to travel elsewhere because I cannot rely on it to provide acceptable service. Customers should not feel compelled to inconvenience themselves to receive properly prepared food. This location needs immediate attention and improvement. I sincerely hope management addresses these recurring issues before more customers lose confidence entirely.

Your staff needs to pay more attention!!!! Allergies are a killer!!!! Never going to this one ever again!!!! Clearly can’t trust them!!!! I got all the way to my destination before noticing :( I don’t know how you even overlook this…

Came to this location, placed my usual order, waited 30 minutes.. no order came. But all the newer cars were being served. Went in, what a mess. People there were waiting longer than I had been. It took ten more minutes just to get a refund. They I was told they were trying to find the food… I told them I didn’t want the food, just give me a refund. This place has gotten worse and worse. You’re better off going to another location. They either need to get more help in there or make sure the employees are properly trained. Ultimately got my refund. But I will not be back.
