I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I stopped by to buy a Happy Meal for my son after a great day at school, expecting a pleasant interaction, but instead I felt like I was bothering the employee while placing my order. The customer service was unfriendly from the start. When I asked for the name of the person taking my order, the employee at the drive-thru window refused to provide it, which made me feel as though they knew the service they were providing was unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome when simply ordering food. What should have been a quick and happy stop for my child ended with me feeling frustrated and upset. I hope management addresses these customer service issues because basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. Order #58 – March 9, 2026 at 4:50 PM.

they have never ONCE gotten my order right. i ordered a bacon mcdouble with extra bacon, mayo, no ketchup, with a large fry, and a large strawberry smoothie. they gave me a bacon mcdouble wit only ONE piece of bacon, no mayo, it js had ketchup n mustard which i asked for no ketchup. they gave me a kids fry, and a medium pineapple smoothie when i asked for a large strawberry one. this is NOT the first time this has happened. i will NEVER return to this location. i am NOT mclovin it. this location should be CLOSED FOREVER!!!

Fast food? Not here. Besides the fact they waited on the car next to me when I was there waiting before they even pulled up.. the woman was confused on my order and took a bit of my time. I’ve had to pull into a spot to wait on a breakfast sandwich this week as well. Definitely not FAST food.

I eat one McRib a year and today was the day! I ordered thru the app on a Tuesday at noon. My food was prepared pretty quickly and I dined in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean, even the bathrooms. The food was fine/ok. I requested extra pickles on my McRib but it didn’t look to me like I got extra? I would have also liked more bbq sauce. It wasn’t terrible but it could have been a little better.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I go because it’s the closest to my house but they never get my order right. Every time I ask for buffalo sauce I pay for it but never get it and my fries are supposed to be large and they put in a medium! I didn’t take a single bite and this was my fry. I also got a kids toy in an Adult happy meal. Place sucks don’t go. Can’t wait to drive out of the way just to get a good McDonald’s experience.
