First time we've been here since they remodeled/reopened. We went inside to eat & order. The lobby was very clean & quiet. The girl who took our order was very polite. Didn't take long before our order was ready. I ordered the Big Arch & a large fry. My wife ordered the Big Mac. Everything came out hot & fresh. Everything was great! No complaints. The Big Arch is new so I had to try it. It will definitely fill you up! I liked the fact that it comes with 3 slices of white cheese! As far as atmosphere, it was nice and quiet. That's good enough for me.

I usually go through the drive through for beverages mostly and I must say their Sweet Southern Tea is the best,the very best and their sodas,are bubbly most of the time with good carbonation.The location is also good. Usually the person in the first window taking orders and money is polite..and the ones who hand out the food at the second window are the same as well. As with any fast food restaurant they need to be consistent with handing the order out by asking the customer is this your order..and a nice greeting is always good and that also goes for the customers reciprocating as well..One note..I would keep an eye out or awareness of persons going behind the bushes that are behind the dumpsters next to the light rail wall. I Observed a guy go back there today and he did not exit for a while..so I surmise many things could have taken place ..a tryst,? a nap,? or number 1?or 2?.He came out and went back in the restaurant.People are in dire straights these days but perhaps a trash can or wet wipes stand can be placed nearby.

I would stop through in the mornings to have my cup of coffee before I start my day by the time I get there around 9 AM. They’ve already mopped the floors clean the bathrooms. The place is ready and they greet you with a smile even if you didn’t place your order online, they have plenty of kiosk. If you put your mind into it, you can figure it out and pay once you get to the store the people there have always been wonderful polite kind and if you show up enough, they like seeing your face the next time.

We visited this location with a party of six and decided to dine in with the kids. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. The customer service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered, which made a big difference. Nick and his team brought an energy that elevated the entire atmosphere. Their professionalism, courtesy, and positive attitude truly stood out. It honestly did not feel like a typical fast-food experience it felt organized, intentional, and customer-focused. This team represents the brand exceptionally well. The level of service and leadership displayed is absolutely raise worthy. I appreciate the care and effort shown to my family and will definitely return.

This review is not about the food. It’s about a staff member who is sagging her pants, when she is carrying customers food, she is constantly pulling on her pants. I’m here with what looks like high management but they haven’t said anything to this female. It doesn’t look presentable. She looks like she fresh from the projects. She is not caring about her first impression on customers. In my day of working as a young employee, we had to look presentable no matter what the job was. Pants hanging down your backside was a no go. My point is apparently since a lot of management is around, they are allowing the foolishness to happen. I’m trying to hrs picture to show But she has not been back my way yet.
